My orgasm was one like I’d never had before. It went on and on, and my body was nothing but pleasure, and Z, and pleasure.

There was nothing else.

I looked into his eyes to see a fierce, primal satisfaction, and then while I watched his face, his eyes, Z fell with me.

There weren’t words to describe watching the king of the gods come. There just weren’t. I was in awe. At the same time, I felt like a goddess myself.

I’d done this.

I’d brought him to this place. I’d opened myself up to him, and let him be himself with me.

Me, plain old Roxy.

I wanted this man. The thought hit me like a hammer to the head. I wanted him. I didn’t care what might happen. What I wanted was stronger than any fear that I had.

I mean, I knew that I was in the middle of the sex feels, and admittedly, this guy had given me the absolute best sex of my life. Hands down. The. Best.

Z said something in what sounded like Greek. It sounded like a man who was having something torn from his body, and he wasn’t sad about it at all.

“You are amazing.” He spoke in English this time.

“You are amazing. That sounds like not enough. Did you razzle dazzle?”

He shook his head against me, his head tucked next to mine, his hair brushing against my face. “No.”

“Holy Joseph, you’re…” My voice trailed away.

“What? Wasn’t it good for you?” He pushed himself up on his hands to look at me.

I laughed. “Was it good? Are you kidding? I’ve never felt like that before.”

“Never?”

It was my time to shake my head. “Never. You are almost overwhelming.”

He looked thoughtful. “There’s something we’ll need to try.”

“Maybe later. Like next year.”

Z laughed. “I understand. I’m tired.”

“Then lie down with me and let’s sleep.”

He snuggled into me, and the feeling of being safe and surrounded and cared for was my last thought as I dropped into sleep.

When my eyes opened, I was alone. I sat up. “Z?”

I heard him reply from outside of the room but I couldn’t tell what he was saying.

A moment later, his head popped into the doorway. “You’re up.” He smiled at me, and his smile was wide and relaxed and happy. “Are you hungry?”

“Yes.” I was. “What are you making?”

“It’s a surprise.”

“It sounds great.” I shimmied back down into the bed, pulling the covers back up to my chin, and smiled.
