Only a horrible person would do something like this to someone else. A despicable, deplorable human being who had absolutely no regard for other people’s feelings. Like the asshole on top of me who dropped his head and started laughing.
Prick.
Glad Devlin found this so amusing. He was the culprit in this situation. I was the innocent bystander who was sleeping until he came along and made me the bad the guy.
I slapped his shoulder and snarled. “Stop laughing. This isn’t funny.”
“Oh, yes, it is.” Devlin chuckled.
Despite everything, I did have to admit that I liked the way his dark eyes lit up when he smiled. A part of me was tempted to kiss him, but I’d already done enough damage. Then again…
My eyes danced over his lips. They were so full, thick, and soft. It was hard not to think about how good his mouth felt.
“Careful,Bréagán, looking at me like that is a good way to get fucked.”
My body purred at the deep timbre of his voice. Would one kiss really be that bad? We’d already done so much more than that.
Devlin leaned in, bringing his face close to mine, and sucked my bottom lip in between his teeth. “Do you want me to fuck you again?”
The weird part, he didn’t seem to be looking at me. But I didn’t care, because a second later, he rolled onto his side and threw my leg over his hip. And God, help me, I did want to feel him again.
I was such a bad person.
At least that’s what I told myself when my back arched, pressing my breasts up against his solid chest.
I couldn’t help it. Everything felt amazing again. The way his palm smoothed down over my hip, and how his fingers tangled in my hair. All of it ignited my nerve endings, sending a trail of hot need across my skin. But this was wrong. I couldn’t let it happen again.
I parted my mouth to protest, then quickly forgot what I was going to say when Devlin’s lips landed on the side of my neck. He sucked, and I moaned.
Fuck it. I could pay for my actions in the afterlife.
“Fuck, that’s hot.”
Was that Devlin’s voice?
“You want a taste?”
Okay, that was Devlin’s voice. Wait a minute…
My eyes popped open as the mattress dipped, and someone crawled on the other side of the bed. We weren’t alone!
I peeked over my shoulder and shrieked. “What the hell, Reese?”
The front of my body tucked into Devlin in an attempt to hide from the mischievous smirk on Reese’s face.
What was he doing here? And… “Where the hell are your clothes?”
Was nothing sacred anymore?
I felt a wall of muscle press up against my back as a puff of hot breath wafted over the side of my face. “Why would I need clothes?”
My arm wrapped around Devlin’s waist as I nuzzled into his neck and whined, “Go away.”
“Not a fucking chance,” Reese growled, making me shiver.
When a second set of hands started to roam over my curves, I whimpered and clung to Devlin. Was it weird that I was seeking solace in his arms? A minute ago, I wanted to punch him in the gut, and now he was the only thing grounding me. Because as much as I told myself I didn’t want this, my body disagreed.
It liked the way Reese’s fingers kneaded my flesh and warmed at the feel of hard muscle surrounding me. I was sandwiched between two men—neither of which I was particularly fond of—and all my hips wanted to do was push back into the hand smoothing over my ass.
