“I can smell your cunt, Pet.”

His other hand slid over my butt, dipping closer to the part of my body that had disgust trickling through my mind. Air cooled the wetness slicking my folds. Reminding me of how messed up I truly was.

I choked back a sob and buried my face in my arm. I couldn’t even do this right.

“Are you wet for me?”

I couldn’t let him find out. Maybe that was why I desperately cried out, “I’ll touch you.”

I’d do whatever he wanted me to. At least then I could tell myself, my reaction came from survival instinct. Feed off the illusion that my body’s biology was only trying to make things easier on me. For that lie, I’d strike a deal with the devil himself.

The only problem was, the devil wasn’t interested in bargaining.

“No, no, no, Pet.” His fingers danced slowly closer to my core. “That would be coerced, and I believe you said you’d neverwillinglytouch me. And willing is what I’ll have.”

When I felt him skim over my lips, I shot up. Momentarily forgetting that my arms were bound. The sparks tingling in my sensitive flesh felt… good.

My entire body warmed up as my breathing shallowed out. I couldn’t let this happen. Couldn’t allow myself to enjoy anything this man did. I had to escape.

Something strange happened to me then. My senses shut down. I couldn’t feel his hands on me, or the firm lap I was laying on. The room was gone. There was no island, or monster. I was somewhere else.

A warm and beautiful place, where the sun was shining. I’d come here before. Hid away on the sandy beach while Ralph vented his bad mood. No one could hurt me here. I was safe, lost in my mind. My body could endure the pain.

But pain wasn’t what my captor had in mind. He wasn’t content with just my body. I couldn’t hide in here from him. There was no serenity or escape from a man that wanted my soul.

The foundation of my sanctuary shook as his vivid blue glare pierced my thoughts. I floated up, clawing and screaming against being dragged violently back to reality.

“Come back to me, Pet.”

The room came back, pulsing through my vision. Rows and rows of the paneled wood that made up my prison. Followed by the deep set furrow in the brow of my captor.

He tipped his head to study my face. “There you are.”

I sighed, cursing the rich scent of his cologne. Instead of being sprawled across his lap, I was straddling it. Full body on display. When I tried to turn away in mortification, Enzo tipped my chin up. I didn’t fight him.

Why bother? There’d be no escape. No place for me to hide. Not even in my mind.

He’d won.

Victory wasn’t the emotion he gave off when he growled in my ear. “Don’t try to hide from me again.”

He was angry. It was written all over his face. Had I gotten to him after all? This time, it was me who smirked at him.

“Whatever you say,Master.”

His nostrils flared for just a second.

“Don’t test me, Pet. I’m not a patient man.” He grabbed my ass and pulled me further up his lap, causing me to gasp when my pussy pressed down on his denim covered bulge. “If you don’t reign in that saucy attitude, you’ll find out just how unpleasant I can be.”

My body shivered, suddenly aware of how close we were. I could smell his breath. Feel the power in his muscles. But it was more than that.

There was an overwhelming aura heavy in the air. The way he looked at me, and how he touched me. Firm, yet gentle with my feminine curves. I was fragile, just a girl, and he was a man. Full of power, built to hunt, and absolutely ravenous.

“Do you understand?”

Licking my lips, I slowly nodded my head and swallowed down my nerves.

“Good girl.” His shoulders visibly relaxed as his gaze slid down the length of me.
