But playing with her is not just pleasurable, it’s the fucking highlight of my week. Hell, my month.

“Uh-uh, not tonight, Satan,” she says with a grin.

She climbs off me but keeps the knife pointed in my direction.

I could have it out of her hand faster than she could blink, but I’m kind of intrigued as to how this is going to play out.

“I didn’t come here for this,” she says, her knife still pointed at me as she blindly reaches for her purse on the table beside her.

I relax and stretch my arms along the back of the couch. “No, I’m sure you didn’t. I don’t suppose you’re going to tell me what itisyou came here for?”

She grins. She’s enjoying this as much as I am. “Now where would the fun be in that?”

She moves backward, the pointy end of the blade still aimed in my direction as she walks backward toward the door.

“It would be a lot more fun if you put down that knife and climbed back on my lap.”

She laughs. “You would like that, wouldn’t you?”

“I’d make sure you liked it too,” I say.

Her smile slips, and if I’m not mistaken, I see genuine regret on her beautiful face. But I blink, and it’s gone.

“I’m sure it would be memorable,” she says, plastering on another smile as she backs toward the door. When she reaches it, she unlocks it. “But alas, I have more pressing things to attend to.”

“How did you manage to get that past security?”

No outsider gets inside the clubhouse without passing through the security checks.

“It’s amazing what good tits and a pair of boots can do for you,” she says with a victorious grin I want to ruin with my mouth. Hell, I want that wicked grin wrapped all the way around my dick.

I stand and cross the room in four quick strides and have theknife out of her hand before she even realizes what I am doing.

She gasps as I lean down and brush my lips to her ear. “Nice try, firecracker.”

When I straighten, her big blue eyes gaze up at me. Her plump lips are parted, and I can’t help myself, I slam my lips to them and kiss the last of her lipstick from them.

She groans, and damn, it is the sweetest sound in the world.

But in a flash, she shoves me away and reaches for the doorknob, yanking the door open and fleeing the room.

Something hits the top of my boot. Looking down, I see diamonds glittering on the floor and scoop it up.

Her mother’s watch.

I don’t know what I’d do if I ever lost it.

I smile because things just got interesting.

I don’t know much about the woman who just turned my night upside down.

But I know she will come looking for this.

And when she does, I’ll be waiting.
