I looked at Quinn. “Tell Ryan to send men back to observe the fight between Sedara and Mayi. Set any spy you still trust to follow her where he can. We need to see exactly where she goes and how she uses her powers.”
Quinn nodded.
I glanced around the room, and I couldn’t stop the smile that spread over my face.
“Dini, thank you. I think you’ve been an incredible help.”
The flower preened and two new blossoms popped out of the shoot she’d grown for Quinn. Donaloo batted at them since they blocked his good eye.
“Blinding me, binding me! Get those out of my face, I need to see!”
I turned and left the room, a skip in my step. We had a lead on the sea witch—she had a weakness, we just had to find it.
