"Of course," Killian nods, turning around in the driver's seat so he can meet my eyes directly.

"We'll get to tell them that we're serious about our future together, too," Stone adds. "I think this is a great plan."

"I'll ask them if they're free for dinner soon, then," I say, flashing the four of them a tired smile.

"You look exhausted," Milo murmurs.

"I think we all do," I huff, nudging Milo in the shoulder. "Pro tip: don't tell a lady that they look tired."

"I—I'm sorry, I didn't—I didn't?—"

"Relax, I was just joking," I laugh. "You can make it up to me, though?"

"Anything."

"I—I don't want to sleep alone tonight."

The entire car goes quiet as all of my guys freeze.

"Why are you guys acting like this is such a big deal?" I laugh, crossing my arms over my chest. "You guys are literally going to help me through my heat whenever that happens soon, why're you acting all scandalized when I'm just asking you to sleep with me?"

Stone clears his throat.

"We'd love to, Wildflower. I think we all just got excited at the thought."

"Why else would you have beds as big as you do?"

"They sell that as the default to packs when we went in to furnish our house," Theo says. "So rest assured, our beds are only as big as they are for you."

"You know, the thought you got beds as big as you did for another omega didn't even cross my mind before you mentioned it," I say, narrowing my eyes teasingly at Theo.

"Well then, forget I said anything," he murmurs, leaning down to place a kiss on my forehead. "Let's get you inside."

He pushes open the passenger side door and steps out of the car, waiting for me to follow him.

When I do, I don't even make it a single step out of the car before he sweeps me up into his arms.

"Hey! I can walk, you know."

"I know youcan. But I want to take care of you," Theo says. "Let me. Please, Spitfire."

There's a tension in his voice that betrays a deeper need. I think I've forgotten that the events of tonight don't just affect Milo, Killian, and I. It affects the entire pack.

Plus, it must've been scary as hell for Theo to see Milo hurt.

"I'll get ready for bed in my bathroom and join you guys for bed when I'm done, sound good?" I ask, peeking up and over Theo's shoulder.

"Sounds good, Princess," Killian nods.

"You really are like a princess," Milo says, smiling back at us as he opens the front door. "Especially with Theo carrying you like that."

I certainly feel like a princess. The pack has a way of making me feel like the most important omega in the world.

"Are you going to carry me up the stairs too?" I laugh.

"Of course. What would be the point if I set you down and told you that you had to climb them yourself?" Theo huffs, rolling his eyes. "It would be a useless gesture."

I don't know if it would be completely useless. I think him carrying me at all has already made my inner omega preen.
