Me, alone with Scottie.
She was forcing my hand slightly with my timeline. But that was alright. We’d been waiting long enough. It was time.
It wasourtime.
The nude model situation was another matter though. I saw she had put together some sort of poster with those tear-away tags. I couldn’t let her hang those up around town though.
She’d have a line of young wannabe assholes lined up around the block to pose nude for her. And then fucking hit on her, trying to seduce her. I groaned in agony at the thought of it.
The only cock she’d be seeing was mine. I didn’t even like her looking at those cocks at that ridiculous coffee shop.
That’s right, I said it. I hated that fucking coffee shop because she was staring at other cocks. I knew they weren’t the same thing, but it’s the principle of the matter at this point. Chicken cocks or human cocks, it was just not happening.
I shoved my fingers through my too-long black strands. I’d need to get my hair trimmed before our workshop. I needed to look my best for our re-introduction.
But how would I become her model in addition to being her sole retreat member without making her suspicious? I’d have to finagle that one. But I think I had an idea in mind. Here’s just hoping that I’d moved swiftly enough to salvage the situation.
In the meantime, since Scottie had moved our time frame up, it was also time for me to move Bob’s time frame up. He needed to finish Scottie’s studio. She’d be here in a matter of days now, or in the worst case, weeks.
Everything else was almost ready for her. Well, the house and immediate area around the house was all ready. Scottie’s barn was like three-quarters finished, and once Bob and his guys finished that, they were headed for the other barns and structures on the property that were downhill from the main house. The agricultural and horticulture specialists I’d hired were working on the apple trees as well as the fields. Those should be ready within another two weeks.
It was time to turn up the heat on everyone though. All this shit needed to be finished within the next two weeks. Looks like Bob would need to hire a second crew.
I was getting amped up. This was happening.
My Love, it’s finally our time!

SCOTTIE ANDERSON
Well, that didn’t take long. To my utter surprise. All twelve spots were requested by one organization. Not only that, they’d already Venmo’d me the full amount. Non-refundable!
Well shit.
Maybe I should have started these retreats back up a long time ago, because that one transaction was going to buy me a lot of art supplies as well as go towards growing my nest egg.
The outfit who’d signed up didn’t fully fill out the form though, so I only had the organization’s name, Raven’s Whisper, and a contact name, Nicholas. Shit! My tech incompetence was purely to blame for this because I forgot to make it so that you couldn’t submit the form without filling outallthe spaces.
Stupid technology.
Or just stupid me for forgetting these things.
They’d filled out the important bits though: name (of company), contact name, email, and ticked off all twelve spots that were available, and paid in full after completing the form. Had I known it would have been this easy, I would have made this into a full-fledged side-hustle long ago.
I wrote a quick email, thanking them for joining me on this retreat. I then sent the basic information with the tentative schedule and locations of where to meet. There. That would take care of the logistics and we’d be off to the races.
The organization’s name struck me when I had first seen it on the form.Raven’s Whisper. It was ambiguous enough that it wasn’t identifiable who they were or what they did, yet it was mysterious and interesting. My curiosity got the best of me and I pulled up a web browser. Mr. Google awaited my question, and when I typed in “Raven’s Whisper” some book reviews came up along with a Yelp review, and one website that seemed to be for this same organization.
Or so I assumed.
When I clicked on it, what appeared was a screen that had shadows then a raven flew in from the top right to the center of the screen, and when it did, the screen went black. What appeared then was a raven logo and the message, “Once she’s ready, all will be revealed.”
Well if that wasn’t ominous as shit, I didn’t know what was.
But with that being the only information available, I couldn’t for certain say if that website was this organization or not. And I didn’t care to scroll any further. Besides, I had another mission to complete. This one being to find a model.
I began looking through my email to see if I’d gotten any responses to my model quest. But nada. I then checked the posts I’d made, but to my surprise I couldn’t even find my posts. Had I maybe posted them incorrectly? Maybe it was just a glitch, and I put a mental reminder to myself to check this evening.
