Evan

Ilay on the swing reading a book by the porch light, under a blanket. Wes had therapy tonight and after a good railing and ice cream, was now swimming himself senseless in our heated pool.

And I had a delivery of extra spicy noodles coming—perfect after a long day of work. There was still paperwork to wrap up regarding Rose’s uncle. He’d been charged for both whathad happened at the school and the restaurant. However, he’d apparently been released on bail, and I had a nagging feeling that it wasn’t over.

My phone buzzed.

Jett

Come outside in a minute

What? I checked the location app. Grace, Jett, andBrennan were almost here. Had Brennan gone with them to the noodle place? I hoped so. I wanted them to be friends.

Giving a brief stretch, I peeled myself off the porch swing and headed out through the garage. I opened the garage and stood there in my bare feet. The evening was pleasant, cool but not cold. A moment later I heard Jett and Brennan’s motorcycles come down the street. Jett’s motorcycle pulled into the driveway and stopped, the driver using their tippy toes to balance. Brennan, with Jett behind him, joined.

Grace took off her helmet and grinned. “Hey there, good looking, going my way?”

Jett let her drive! My cock strained against my shorts.

“How’d I do?” Grace struggled to put the kickstand down and get off, and I rushed to help her.

“Great. Make your test appointment, and we’ll work our way through the exam book.” Jett hopped off and handed me a bag. “Hey, Hot Stuff, I got you some noodles.” He leaned in for a kiss.

Brennan led his bike into the garage. “Grace, you can’t use Jett’s bike to take the test.”

“Why not?” Hurt tinged her voice as she followed Brennan. “I know how to ride. Promise.”

“Safety, Grace. They won’t let you take the test on something that’s too big for you,” he explained. “I’m not even sure you should practice on it.”

“It’s a little big, but they all are.” She shrugged. “We had to cut down the seat on mine.”

“I agree. I’ll talk to Wes, see if we can get something smaller for you,” I said. Her on a bike was hot, but we needed to be safe.

“Wait to schedule the test because we might have to order something special,” Brennan added. “No one has any issues with it, as long as you’re safe. Taking Jett’s bike anywhere that’s not just around the neighborhood isn’t. How’s that even comfortable?”

“Nothing is my size. I’ve been dealing with that my entire life.” She thought for a moment. “Can I have a sidecar for Wes?”

I laughed at the image. “I love that idea.”

Grace wrapped her arms around me, pressing her face into my chest, her little ass wiggling in happiness. She smelled like Jett and hot sauce. Yum. She also looked adorable in her jacket and boots, holding her helmet, and wearing my shirt.

Brennan snorted. “Wes in a sidecar. I’d pay to see that.”

Jett closed the garage. “I want a beer. Anyone else?”

Grace grinned and said something I didn’t understand as we went into the kitchen and took off our shoes.

“She speaks Mandarin?” Brennan grabbed two bottles of beer from the fridge and handed one to Jett. He opened Grace’s and handed it to her. “Evan?”

“I could use a cocktail if you’re offering.” I waggled my eyebrows, snagging a deep kiss from him. The tiniest wisps of Grace clung to him.

Grace looked around. “Where’s Wes?”

Brennan went to the bar cart and mixed me a drink.

“Swimming.” I sat down at the kitchen table and opened my noodles. “Fuck yeah. Wait, you know Mandarin?”

“She made friends with the staff, and they gave her free ice cream at the noodle shop.” Jett laughed, opening his beer, and plopping down at the table with me.
