“How the hell does he own an abandoned factory?” Owen asked, he couldn’t keep the disbelief out of his voice.

“Apparently, he got it at auction.” Tom shook his head.

Owen sent Ace a text about the possible location. If this factory panned out, they could take out Billy Danner and Cody Lowe and get his boys back.

“I have two of my FBI friends watching the place. They said that Cody Lowe was there for a while and then took off. There’s no sign of your kids, but they could have already been inside the place before my guys got there.”

“Is someone tailing Cody?”

“Yeah, but I had to call in the local PD for that.”

Owen wasn’t banking on the cops at all to do an efficient job. After all, a known drug and weapons crime boss owned a fucking factory in their own backyard.

Owen thanked Tom and headed back into the basement bedroom to wake up Jordan.

He wanted to crawl back into the warm bed and pull a naked Jordan into his arms, but finding his sons came first.

His knee dipped the mattress, and Jordan’s eyes blinked open. Something must have read on his face because the slender man was sitting up and rubbing the sleep out of his eyes.

“What is it?”

“Tom found Danner.”

“Now I want to showyousomething,” Owen said as they hit the road from the Richardson’s house.

“What?”

“You’ll see.”

Over an hour later, Owen pulled up in front of a large house and got out. Curious, Jordan looked around at the quiet neighborhood outside of the Phoenix city limits.

Owen walked up the walkway and opened the gate.

“Whose house is this?” Jordan asked, following.

“Mine.”

“What?”

Owen owned a house in Ojai just down the street from Ace and Jacob. And now one here in Arizona? So, two houses, or was it more?

“Um…how many houses do you own?”

“Quite a few,” Owen said with a grin.

Jordan tossed up his hands. “Why didn’t you take us here last night? Or stay here instead of a hotel?”

“Because I honestly didn’t think of it.”

“So…you have a lot of houses then?”

“Eight. Not all in Arizona, though.”

“Wow…” Jordan gazed at the ranch-style home. “It looks really nice.”

“Thank you. I need to grab another go-bag and a shower,” Owen said.

“Wait…you have gear here?”
