Do you ever hear something and instinctively agree with it? Disagree with it?

Do you ever defend the narrative? Question the narrative?

Do you like to share your opinions? Hear the opinions of others?

If so, then this is the place for you!

Below is our third question. Let’s have a conversation!

We only ask one thing of you:

Please be respectful of others’ opinions.

Thank you, and welcome (back) to Seek & Speak!

@3sistas4theW Thank you for bringing up the issue of anonymity last week. While all participants have the option to remain anonymous or name themselves through their username, you brought up a very valid point regarding us as the creators behind Seek & Speak. You are right in that we should absolutely be setting an example by owning our truths. We appreciate the challenge you brought forth! The fear of what others may think can be crippling, even imprisoning, but we hope that all of us can combat that fear. We should stand up for what we believe, even if standing alone. That level of safe integrity is something that we strive for and wish for everyone. With that being said, let’s dig!

QUESTION #3

Fluoride?

StArSeEd: Hmmm… Shall I state the obvious? That’s not really a question. But it is very open-ended, and I am curious to see where this one goes…

Utoober: Here is a list of all the nations that have banned fluoride for consumption. Notice, we’re not on it.

3sistas4theW: Woot, thanks for the shout out. This is pretty cool, Quick and Quinn. Hope to put faces to the names one day.

outtathapark: What the actual what?? The post has me shook. My family just bought baby water for my new cousin and it has “added fluoride.” What the heck for? Babies don’t even have teeth?

outtathapark: And what the heck is baby water anyway? Like it’s different than teenager water or adult water? Omg what a total scam. I didn’t even think about that when we were buying it.

eyesign4u: I’ll research the reason for the bans.

sweetathlete: right on, i’ll look up the benefits

<3ourchicks: what on earth is the pineal gland? i’ve taken anatomy and i’ve never heard of that. apparently fluoride calcifies it?

need4speed: They don’t hide the benefits. We know those…Protects our teeth from decay, stronger enamel, etc.

PriceShake4As: @need4speed Who is “they”? The more I consider the answer to that question, the more I feel that this is of supreme importance. The “they” will lead to the “why.” What do you all think?

danCpranC: @<3ourchicks I have never heard of the pineal gland either. Check this out

StArSeEd: Holy crap. Here’s what I found in ten minutes flat on why fluoride is banned in so many places. link1 2 3 4 5 6 7 I’m going to buy new toothpaste TODAY. And allegedly it’s linked to lowering IQ?? Greaaaaat.

Utoober: I completely agree about the “who” and the “why,” but I bet that’s a huge web of connected rabbit holes. I also bet that greed is fueling it. This sounds to me like it’s over the target but I only researched for about a half hour.

live.on.stage: Ephesians 6:12, just sayin’.

swish&flick: did you guys see this?! “forever chemicals” including fluoride in band-aids?! what the actual what??
