And then, because he was an idiot, he leaned forwards and kissed Sasha, running his tongue lightly against the salt on his lips as Sasha responded. When he pulled away, Sasha was looking at him with a bright, troubling look in his eyes.

Before Jason could do more than frown, Sasha had yanked the blanket off his lap and put his hand down Jason’s sweats, groping at his half-hard cock.

“Sasha!” Jason didnotsqueal, pushing Sasha away, who went easily, but not without a triumphant look in his eyes.

“You hard!” he proclaimed.

“So? That’s my business. You can’t just fucking…dothat.”

Sasha was obviously not listening. “You like it when I cry.”

“No. Who said that?”

“Why you lie? I know. You like!”

Jason was panicking. It’d been a literal week since they started fucking and he had already messed up. “Look…I’m sorry, okay? I know it’s weird.”

“Why weird? Not so weird.”

“Itisweird, though. People normally cry when they’re like, sad, or in pain. You’re crying because of bears, for God’s sake! That shouldn’t be sexy.”

“Oh, should, should. You love should,” Sasha scoffed. “So what? Sex weird. You love making big deal out of little deal. This is little deal. Sex is good when is a lot, and when is a lot, people cry, not bad. I like cry.”

“Yeah, I can tell,” Jason grumbled, but his head was kind of reeling.

Sure, some part of him knew that liking when people cried wasn’t the worst thing in the world. He just…he’d struggled so much with his sexuality, that adding this to the list had verified, in some homophobic, evil little corner of his brain, that he reallywasperverted. He knew it was the voices of other people saying that, but it had become so internalised that it sounded like him.

Sasha looked at him steadily. “Is not bad, Jason. Really. You good.”

“I…I mean. Fuck, okay, yeah, I like it. I just, you know. I don’t really want to harm you or anything.”

“I know. Maybe hurt a little, though?” Sasha asked mischievously.

Jason could feel himself flush. “Iknewyou liked it when I won all those fights.”

“You never win fight in life. I am champion.”

Jason laughed weakly before sighing. “Look, I don’t mean to make such a big deal about this. I’ve just never, like…done that with anybody before.”

“Is perfect. I with man for first time, I am first make cry. We team.”

“You might not evenlikecrying.”

“Worry too much. I cry for you, no problem.”

Jason closed his eyes. He could feel himself trying to combust again. “Let’s just finish the movie, okay?”

Sasha shrugged easily. “Sure.”

They rewound to where they had left off and resumed watching. This time, though, Sasha tucked Jason under his arm so that he could feel him squirm every time Sasha sniffled.

It wasn’t the worst experience in the world.

By the end of the movie—which, in fact, ended with no bear deaths—Jason had managed to calm down and melt against Sasha’s side.

Sasha sighed as the credits rolled. “Very good movie. I very good at pick.”

“Better than the dramas, at least.”
