I watched on in awe as Addison pulled a knife from her back pocket and walked behind Arnez.
“W-what are doing? Look, I am sorry! I was never going to hurt you.”
She scoffed as she grabbed one of his hands and began slicing off his fingers. “Everytime you inappropriately touched me, you were hurting me. If you wasn’t tied up right now, you’d probably be doing it again when you forced yourself into my room.”
My jaw clenched. “Yeobo, how many times did he hurt you?”
Addison yanked off his pinky finger before tossing it to the ground. Ignoring Arnez cries, I walked up to her and hooked my finger under her chin. Her red tear filled eyes locked with mine. “Once a week for the past five months.”
I ran my thumb across her cheek before leaning over and kissing her forehead. Her breath shook as she exhaled a soft sob. Wrapping my arms around her, I held onto her tightly as she cried.
“I’m sorry.” I whispered in her hair, running my hand across her back. No one deserved to be hurt that way.
Addison sniffled. “It wasn’t your fault.”
“It wasn’t yours either. “
She looked up at me and smiled. “Thank you.”
Wiping away her tears, I nodded. “Now, do you want to finish his fingers or do you want to move onto another body part?”
She smirked before tapping her index finger on her chin. “Hmm. I’ll move on. I know Jay likes to chop up things and he can have at it. Then again, I am ready to head to Vegas. Let’s end this.”
She winked at me before walking back in front of Arnez and jamming the knife into his gut. Blood oozed out of him and onto her hands as she yanked the knife out and stabbed him again.
“Rot in hell you piece of shit.”
“Yeobo, accept my early wedding present?”
I pulled out the gun from my waistband and handed it to her. She giggled with glee as she accepted it. Addison kissed me on the cheek before aiming the gun at Arnez’s face. She smirked at the tears falling from his eyes before emptying the clip.
Chapter 29
Addison
“Ishould kick your big headed ass!” Akira snapped, sitting across from me on the jet. “You had not one, but now two marriage arrangements and ain’t tell me a damn thing!”
I reached over and grabbed her hands. “I am so sorry, love! I didn’t know how to tell you about the shit that I had gotten myself into. My grandmother’s bills were stacking up and the offer presented before me seemed like the only option I had. I should have confided in you, though. Hell, you would’ve slapped some sense into me.”
Akira laughed as she ran her thumb across the back of my hand. “Yes, I would have. You know when someone gives me bad vibes, I shut the shit down immediately. Look, I owe you an apology too. I should have told you more aboutRaheem and his boss. Granted, I didn’t know much about Seojun, but I knew that Mr. Adalyn had no problem helping those in need.”
I shook my head. “Girl, please. Nothing was your fault, it was mine. I kept my mouth shut instead of asking for help and got myself in this mess. I’m just grateful that you are by my side now and I can get your advice.”
“Yes! Speaking of, you going to let Seojun open them legs tonight?”
I sat back in my seat and chewed on my bottom lip. “Uh, I don’t know. If I was being honest, I’m scared. Don’t get me wrong, he’s fine as fuck and if it wasn’t my first time, I would’ve been let him in.”
K nodded. “It’s completely understandable that you are scared, but think of it like this. Seojun will be your husband, even if it is only temporarily, but you should tell him what’s up. I think he’ll be very understanding.”
“You think so?”
“Girl, yes! If you don’t want to have sex, I’m sure he’d be cool with it. Hell, the man let you use Tiffany and from what I heard, no one is allowed to touch her. He must like you.”
I smiled before taking a sip of my wine.
“I-I think I do want to have sex with him.” I admitted.
“Like I said, talk to him and if that’s what you want, go for it. Plus, he looks like he’ll take his time, before he puts you through the headboard.”
