“I’ve gone to your father asking for safe travel of my cargo through your territory many times. Every time he said in no uncertain terms would that happen, and if he ever heard of any of my shipments making their way through his territory, I would find myself six feet under,” the fancy asshat retorts.
I attempt to take a step toward him, but the chains at my wrist have no give. I survey my surroundings again, and his words finally start making sense. We do not ever deal in the skin trade, and as I take stock of everything, it dawns on me that that is exactly what this fuck face does. With a sigh, I lean back against the bars at my back, trying to get some relief in my shoulders while I try not to pop off and get one of us killed.
“Nothing to say there, Torchy boy? I told you I would get what was mine, and after I end you and that little club of yours, I’ll have her. Then, when I’m done with her, I’ll drop little Vixen in the same hole you are in, deal?” Fire looks smug, but while my rage grows, I keep my face impassive. The more I can glean from what these assholes, the better it’ll be to plan to get the hell out of here.
“How about you do me a favor? Step through those bars and say that shit again. I don’t need my hands to fucking end your life. But I know exactly why you love sweet little Vixen. Her pussy was like fucking heaven wrapped around my cock. By the surprise on her face when I sank to the hilt, I know you never gave that woman what she needed with your pencil dick.” All the emotions cross his face as he fights to get into the cage with me.
“I’ll fucking end you, you big dumb fuck. She is fucking mine. I’ll peel your skin off piece by piece,” he shouts as Ice pushes him up the stairs. I just blow him a kiss and look back at the silent, fancy fucker.
“You’ve made a huge mistake. Taking us won't get you what you want, and listening to pencil dick just cost you everything,” I advise him. As much as we mean to the club, Prez won’t trade our lives for trafficking women and children through our territory. Of course, he also won’t let this go unpunished. The club and any allies he can reach out to will rain holy hell down on this fucker’s operation whether we’re still alive or not.
“Let’s hope for your sake, and that of your men, that’s not true,” Fancy retorts.
“Were you unable to get a woman the real way, so you resorted to kidnapping and raping them? Does it make you feel like a man?” I goad him.
He turns to me, and the sneer he gives me would scare most people, but I’m not most people. I wink at him, and then I feel the butt of a gun on my temple before everything goes black. My last thought is of Vixen.

Vixen
After finishing the kitchen, I meet some of the club girls and am shocked to learn they are nothing like the ones from the Snakes’ Clubhouse. They aren’t all drugged out and complete bitches. A couple are even in school, and the club helps with the cost if they stay enrolled. The more time I’m here, the more I think this place could be home. Then, that dream is shattered when Ox walks through the door with a smug grin on his face.
“How’s it going, ladies?” he asks as he grabs Ginger’s ass as he walks by.
“It’s going,” Blue answers with a glare in his direction.
“Vixen, you’re looking awfully sweet today, and Vice, your ass in those shorts, damn.” All color drains from Lo’s face, and I turn to say something when a knife flies by his head, sticking in the cabinet behind him.
“Ox, if you know what’s good for you, you’ll walk right out of this kitchen, and I’ll let you keep your tongue,” Blue says, glaring at him with another knife in her hand.
“You fucking bitch. You’ll be the first one to go when—” His words are cut off as Steel comes through the door.
“You want to continue that statement, Ox?”
“I was just letting her know that throwing knives inside isn’t very safe,” he says, not hiding his distaste for Steel very well.
“How about you let me handle my woman, and you mind your place?” Steel retorts, stepping in front of Ox and cutting off his line of sight to all of us.
Before Ox can say anything else, the whole building shakes. Lo and Blue look just as confused as me. We all head for the door when we hear shouting. Steel takes off at a sprint to the front door and what we see makes my blood run cold. The front gate is a mangled mess, and bikes are lying everywhere, but no bodies.
Lo screams as she takes off, sprinting toward the mess. Iron grabs her around the waist as she continues to fight. I look back to the wreckage and find one. Razor lays closest to the gate with several of the brothers working on him.
“Where are the other?” I ask no one in particular.
“I don’t know, but—oh God, that’s my boy’s bike.” Blue eyes fill with tears.
“Woman and children inside, we are going on lockdown now!” Steel bellows out.
As I turn, Ox catches my attention, and when our eyes meet, he gives me a smug grin and winks. He had something to do with this, which means this is my fault. Blue turns, grabbing my hand and pulling me inside the kitchen. She starts barking out orders, telling everyone what we need to do. I’m in complete awe by the way she manages everyone.
Steel comes through the door with Iron right behind him. “Several of the brothers are missing. Razor has been taken to the hospital. We are all on lockdown—no one in or out. So, get with Blue for whatever you need. Blue, everyone else is on their way,” Steel advises.
“We’ll be ready. You just find our boys,” Blue says, and I want to be her when I grow up.
“I want to be that badass one day,” Lo whispers to me, and I give her a small smile.
“Alright, we are headed into church. Remember what I said, noone in or out,” Steel commands before turning to leave.
