“You don’t have to,” he whispered.

Still, my hands caressed his shaft before moving up and down. I’d given a handjob before, but always to settle a fight and get out of having real sex. This time I did it because I wanted to and because seeing Noah press his hand against the tiles and lean his head back with a moan brought me pride and satisfaction. I wasn’t as asexual as I’d thought. He was teaching me about lust and pleasure. If I’d been braver, maybe I would have squatted down and put him in my mouth, but a handjob felt safer, and from the look of it, Noah was close to coming.

Guttural grunting sounds came from him as he muttered with his eyes closed, “Oh God yes, River, I’m gonna come.”

He placed a hand on top of mine, controlling the pace, and then he roared out another deep groan.

I looked on in fascination as his semen landed on my breast and stomach. It wasn’t white like I’d seen in porn movies. It was clear and glistening on my skin.

“Fuuuck… that felt amazing.” Noah was panting a little. “Mmm. It’s pretty hot to see my cum on your delicate skin.” His hands washed off my torso while he grinned.

“You like that?”

Noah nodded and kissed me.

“Cum is such an ugly word. Crème de la penis sounds better.” We laughed at my joke before he pushed my chin up so I would meet his eyes.

“This qualifies as sex. You know that, right?”

“It’s not the same as intercourse.”

“Maybe not, but we’ve made each other come, and we’re definitely having sex.” Noah gave me a sexy smile as he moved out of the shower.

I thought about what he’d said as I washed my hair. To me, the concept of having sex was something I associated with dread and duty. What I had with Noah was light and playful.

After showering, I brushed my hair and teeth, applied a bit of make-up, and was going to put on a summer dress when there was a knock on my door.

“Are you ready to go?” It was Maximum, and I didn’t blame him for being impatient. Today was the day we were showing Maya and the children their new home.

“What about breakfast?” I asked through the door.

“Just grab a muffin on the way, I can’t wait any longer,” Maximum called back. “Hurry up, you two love puppies.”

His last comment made Noah and me exchange an amused smile, and then Noah walked over to open the door. “I’ll wait downstairs with Maximum.”

“But I only need to put on shoes.”

“Okay.” Noah held the door open for me as I finished up, and then the three of us walked to the orphanage, chatting about the treasure map.

“You sure that we don’t need to prepare the lunch? I was going to make burgers for all of us,” I said.

“We can make burgers tonight. I decided to just order take-out from the restaurant around the corner. I already phoned in my order, and they’re delivering the food around noon.”

“What type of food did you order?”

“Local food. It’s what the children prefer anyway.”

Noah was holding my hand and swung it back and forth. “I think River is a bit tired of rice by now.”

“No, it’s fine.” Today, nothing could bring me down, and I had a constant smile on my face as I stood next to the men when Maximum explained to the children that they were going on a treasure hunt.

“I’ll stay here,” Maya said and nodded toward the lines of laundry that had been hung out. “I’ll fold the laundry.”

“Not a chance. Today is Saturday, and we’re all going out for a fun day,” Maximum insisted and took Maya’s hand, calling for all the children to help him get her to come.

Maya laughed when she was surrounded and pushed out of her house for the treasure hunt.

Noah and Maximum carried the babies, and Ana held my hand as we walked through town. The four oldest children led the younger ones, but they stayed together as we had instructed them and gathered clues from four different places. One of the locations was Peter, who sat in front of his and Noah’s little beach hut. He gave the children an easy riddle, and when they worked it out, he rewarded them with the name of a street and the next place to find a clue. The last stop was the real estate agency, where Muhammed and his two colleagues had the children work together to locate a box. Inside the box was a number, and the children quickly guessed that they now had the full address for their next stop. The three people at the real estate office all came along to enjoy the children’s reaction when they found the address.
