She shook her head, “I am fine. It just barely started making the noise so I can make it back to Celebration and find someone else. I don’t want to take up more of your time than I already have.”
“Goddamn it woman. You are stubborn as fuck.”
He reached in and unbuckled her seatbelt and then lifted her from the car and she squeaked and wrapped her arms around his neck.
He went to set her on her feet, but she shook her head, “I need my crutches. Please.”
He turned back to her car and then looked down at her and then walked to the garage and set her on a small couch that was inside.
Then he walked out of the garage and came back with her purse and her crutches.
He crouched down in front of her, “Stay here. I will see what is wrong with your car.”
She crossed her arms, “You are a bully. I told you I can find a new garage.”
He shook his head, “I will fix it.”
Then he stood and left, and pulled her car into an empty bay in the garage.
She could only hope he could actually fix her car.
