Chapter Six

Steele

Before he dropped Rickie off at work the next day, he stopped to get the guys at Raiden’s office coffee.

He helped Rickie carry the cups inside and saw Raiden there with Harrison.

They looked up and Harrison did a double take, which made Steele laugh.

He put the cup holders of coffee on the desk in front of them and Rickie did the same with hers.

“Rickie told me what everyone likes.”

Raiden gave a chuckle, “Coffee is good in any shape or form. Thanks.”

Steele nodded, then he turned to Rickie, “Text me when you're ready to go home tonight. I'll come get you.”

She smiled up at him and he leaned down and kissed her, needing to taste her sweet mouth before he had to leave it for hours.

“I love you.” She said and he kissed her again, “I love you too.”

He looked up and Harrion’s jaw was open in shock. And Rickie laughed.

Steele kissed her one last time and walked away, driving to his office and bringing the guys their coffee as well.

It was money well spent and he knew that they appreciated it.

Crew, Jet and Scout came into his office and gave him a rundown of everything that happened with their tasks and he knew that his guys would always have things handled.

He never worried that stuff wouldn’t get done.

And as they figured out the plan to get today’s tasks done, his phone buzzed and he pulled it out.

It was a text from Rickie.

Rickie: Miss you already. Love you

Steele: I miss you too Bombshell. Love you so much.

Rickie: You are the sweetest ever.

Steele: Only for you

Rickie: Don’t hate it.

Steele: Good.

Rickie: Should we make dinner again tonight? I would really love it if I could meet your crew.

Steele: Then it shall be done.

Rickie: Best man ever. Love you.

Steele: Love you

He put his phone away and looked up, his men looking at him shocked, “Rickie wants to have you all over for dinner tonight.”

Crew sat back in his chair, “Really?”
