Chapter 21
Emery
Going dress shopping was pretty much her favorite thing ever.
She was so in love with so many different dresses it was hard to narrow it down.
When the assistant, Tessa came in with a new dress it was all Emery could do to not gasp with shock and pleasure.
This dress was off the shoulder, with small sleeves about two inches wide and it showed off a good amount of cleavage in the front as it criss crossed down and around her body.
The bodice was rouched all around, the waist an amazing silhouette and then fell into a straight gown, not gems or sparkles in sight.
But as soon as she had it on and it fit her like a glove, she knew it was the dress for her.
When she walked out of the changing room and to the three-way mirror with the platform in front of it, all the women she brought with her gasped in shock and awe.
Her mom started crying, as did Grandma Viv. Karalee was doing her best to hold in her tears and Sienna was full on sobbing.
Mila was the only one with dry eyes, but the grin on her face was massive and lit up her entire face.
Stacy was on Sienna’s phone because she had to be at the station, and she was smiling and wiping her eyes. She said, “If you don’t buy that dress, I will. It’s beautiful on you.”
Emery grinned and felt the tears prick in her eyes as well when she stood on the platform and looked at her reflection.
When Tessa came up behind her and fluffed her dress out, and put a veil under her hair, she knew without a doubt this was the dress she would marry Trace in.
And she couldn’t wait until that day.
They spent the rest of the day picking out her bridesmaid’s dresses and she couldn’t wait to get back to Trace and kiss him.

It was time. Their day was here finally, and she was nervous but so excited she could hardly stand it.
Sienna, Karalee, Mila and Stacy helped get her ready.
She had her hair pulled back in a soft bun at the back of her head with pieces hanging down that framed her face and were curled.
Her veil was over the bun and flowed down her back in a train.
And she loved it. She felt like a princess in her dress.
Her makeup was done lightly, and it shimmered with the spray Mila had spritzed on her.
Her mom had brought her bouquet that held purple roses, light pink ones and cream-colored ones along with some baby’s breath and greenery.
She had a blue ribbon wrapped around it, as her something blue, Sienna had lent her the garter she wore as her something borrowed and her mom had given her new matte wedge heels that matched her dress perfectly. And her ring was her something old. She loved how it fit her perfectly and how she used to dream of it as her ring when she was young.
And now it really was hers. She couldn’t thank her mom enough for giving it to Trace so he could give it to her.
They were having the wedding at Brek’s parents house, and she was grateful to Grace and Brent.
They had all become one big happy family and Ailith and Grace had quickly become fast friends.
Grace was even planning a trip to spend time with Ailith before Sienna had her baby.
The two couldn’t wait and Grace had pretty much adopted them all as her family.
