“You were pretty quiet on the ride back. I thought maybe I overstepped at the restaurant.”

She shook her head at him. “No, I wasn’t mad.” She paused, biting her lower lip. “I was turned on,” she whispered.

He hadn’t been expecting her to say that. He was prepared to apologize if she was upset. However, he wouldn’t apologize because he’d turned her on, and her admitting it caused his dick to stir.

“We can’t watch movies tonight,” he informed her, releasing her wrist.

“Why not?”

“Because you need to go into your room and lock the door.”

Elion saw confusion flash behind her eyes before realization dawned on her as she looked into his. He’d been doing an excellent job of being a gentleman, being on his best behavior, and he didn’t want to mess that up or do anything she was uncomfortable with.

“I don’t want to,” Olani told him. “I want you to do whatever it is you’re thinking right now.”

His hand was around her neck before he could stop himself, and he pulled her closer. He stared into those big, brown eyes as he leaned down, his lips a mere inch from hers.

“You,” he stated. “What I’m thinking of doing is you. In every position I can think of until you’re satisfied and sore. Until we’re both exhausted.” He listened to her breath hitch and ran his tongue over her lips. “Do you still want me to do what I’m thinking?”

Elion could feel her swallow under his hand as her eyes clouded with desire. Olani nipped his lower lip, nodding when she released it. “Yes.” It was barely a whisper breathed into the air.

Taking a few steps back, he pulled her with him until she was in the bedroom. She’d consented, and Elion would give her everything she wanted and more.

Olani sat on the end of the bed, rubbing lotion into her skin after her shower. Her mind was on the last few minutes they’d spent at dinner. At first, she wasn’t aware that their server was flirting with her because she hadn’t been paying him any attention. It wasn’t until the middle of dinner that she realized it and decided just to ignore him.

When he’d handed her his number, she couldn’t believe his audacity. She’d been prepared to leave it on the table, so he could find it when they left. What she’d not been prepared for was Elion to say something to their server. She wasn’t sure if he’d noticed the other man flirting with her, and she’d never been one to cause drama. So, she’d kept it to herself in case he didn’t know.

The tone of his voice and his choice of words had Olani forcing herself not to tighten her thighs and shift in her seat. It was calm, laced with possession, and something about it turned her on.

Where she would have normally sparked up a conversation during the car ride, Olani remained quiet. She hadn’t wanted to risk embarrassing herself and asking him to pull over and do unsavory things to her. Then, thinking about those things as they’d driven back to the rental made her wet. She needed a shower as soon as she stepped through the door.

Now, she sat there, trying to figure out how she was going to get through one movie with him, let alone two, when every time she’d looked at him after leaving the restaurant made her thinkabout him talking to her in that voice while he did salacious things to her.

Olani’s attraction to Elion had been there from the jump. She could keep herself in check in the beginning because they hadn’t known one another and then afterwards through sheer willpower. However, that changed in a few seconds with three sentences.

Deciding that she couldn’t hide out in the bedroom for the rest of the trip and that nothing between them had changed, so there was no reason for her to think too deeply about it, she put her lotion away and exited the bedroom.

She hadn’t been expecting to find Elion walking into his bedroom with a towel wrapped around his waist. When he turned to look at her, Olani found that along with the tattoo on his neck and the sleeve on his left arm, he also had one on his right pectoral and along his right ribcage.

Olani stared momentarily. Her eyes ran over the ink that brandished his body, the contour of his abs, and the beginning of a v-cut she could make out above his towel. She shook herself mentally.

“I’ll let you get dressed and wait downstairs.” She went to pass him when his fingers wrapped around her wrist gently.

“Are you upset with me, Sweetheart?”

She was confused, her brow dipping. She wasn’t upset with him and wasn’t sure where he’d gotten such an idea. “Why would I be upset with you?”

“You were pretty quiet on the ride back. I thought maybe I overstepped at the restaurant.”

Olani shook her head. “No, I wasn’t mad.”Don’t say it, don’t say it.“I was turned on.”Damn it.

She hadn’t meant to say that. It was supposed to be kept to herself, but she failed to bite her tongue and keep it at bay. Elion was quiet for a moment, and she wished she could read his mind.

“We can’t watch movies tonight.” With that said, he released her wrist, and Olani didn’t understand his change of mind.

“Why not?”

“Because you need to go into your room and lock the door.”
