“For you to have your own space if you want it,” Paetyn responded.

“Since we’re celebrating my birthday, I can choose which room I want, right?”

“Of course, Maly.”

“Then we’re sleeping in this one,” she informed, coming out of the bathroom.

Erin approached them and placed her hands on Cruz’s chest, rising to her tiptoes. He leaned down and kissed her, his left hand resting on her waist. When they pulled away from the kiss, she stepped over to Paetyn, kissing him as well.

“Thank you both. This place is pretty.”

“You’re welcome, Angel, but you don’t have to thank us.”

Paetyn placed his hand on the small of Erin’s back and guided her out of the bedroom. Cruz followed behind them until they made it back to the living room.

“Why don’t you sit down and relax, and we’ll grab the luggage,” Cruz suggested as he headed towards the entryway where they left their suitcases.

They took them into the room Erin chose before Cruz joined her in the living room, and Paetyn went to check what the kitchen was equipped with. She was flipping through channels when Cruz sat beside her, and he didn’t miss her shifting closer to him so their legs were touching.

Paetyn walked into the living room a few minutes later. “They stocked a few things in the refrigerator, but we may want to get more.”

Erin turned to look at him. “We can go in a little bit. Get some lunch and then go to the store.”

Paetyn nodded as he sat on the other side of Erin, and Cruz looked at his watch. It was a little after one, so he figured they could leave in about an hour. They planned to take Erin to a private hot spring they rented and have a moonlight picnic before bringing her back and giving her the original present she’d wanted on her birthday.

Paetyn carried the basket filled with food in his left hand, his right intertwined with Erin’s, her right arm laced in Cruz’s, holding a bag with their swimsuits. Cruz carried a blanket and a bottle of wine as they approached the hot spring. Paetyn raised the hand that held Erin’s and keyed in the code he’d gotten to unlock the door.

Once inside, he and Cruz sat down the items they held on a bench. Two doors beside them led to the men’s and women’sshowers. Erin opened the bag she had and passed them their trunks.

“We’ll meet you out there in fifteen minutes,” he stated, and Erin nodded.

He and Cruz entered the men’s room, each taking one of the available showers. The hot spring was equipped with everything they needed and was the owner’s preferred product, so they respected her wishes and used them.

After his shower, Paetyn dried off and slipped on his swim trunks. He entered the common area, and Cruz came out a minute later. They placed their clothes in the bag and grabbed the basket, blanket, and wine.

Paetyn slid the door open and stepped outside. The hot spring was natural, but the owners built around it, encasing it and building a lucrative business out of it. They spread the blanket out and pulled the food from the basket. They’d had a large lunch, so they went for something light for dinner. Cruz was pouring wine into stemless glasses when Erin walked out.

This wasn’t the first time he’d seen her in swimwear. They’d all gone swimming at their house last year, but Paetyn couldn’t help but take her in. She was wearing a yellow two-piece. The color contrasted against her umber skin, and she looked irresistible.

“This is gorgeous,” Erin stated, looking around at their surroundings. “Is the hot spring man-made?”

“It’s natural. The owners built around it,” Paetyn responded.

Her eyes came to him, and he knew she was checking him out. Paetyn had no objections. He enjoyed it when she looked at him. The look in her eyes spoke volumes and claimed him.

Erin’s eyes shifted from him to Cruz, and she looked him over with just as much desire, as much claim as she’d just looked at Paetyn.

“Come here, Maly. Why don’t we eat first, and then we’ll get in.”

Erin sat between them, and Paetyn passed her a glass of wine. As they ate, Erin questioned what they had planned for tomorrow. He wasn’t sure they’d make it out of the house tomorrow with the way they planned on catering to her tonight. They planned on exhausting all of her energy and theirs.

When they finished eating, Paetyn slipped into the hot spring, taking Erin’s hand and helping her step down. There were built-in seats under the water around the spring except for the designated area you stepped into, and Paetyn placed Erin on one.

“This feels amazing,” Erin stated, releasing a noise from the back of her throat reminiscent of a moan.

Cruz sat on Erin’s right while Paetyn moved from in front of her and sat on her left. He watched as she tilted her head back, looking at the sky. The stars twinkled overhead, and the moon was luminescent. The wind was still, and the soft sounds of nature provided background music. It was peaceful.

It was quiet between the three of them for a while. It wasn’t uncomfortable, and Paetyn noticed that things between them so far were falling into place much easier and faster than they had in their past few relationships.
