“If he hates girls that much, he will most likely go berserk if the students at school start calling him a misogynist. I’ll secretly record him and hope he says a certain word that will cause riots.”

“You think that’ll work?” Vivian asked hesitantly.

“It’s worth a try, but I need to go all in on this. We need a few pigs.”

“I’m sorry, we need a lot ofwhatnow?” Vivian asked.

“It sucks there isn’t an actual toy store anymore. We’ll have to find them somewhere,” I muttered.

“Heather, what exactly is your plan?”

“I’ll explain later. I also need a few guys who are willing to help me. Jacob and his gang of twerps can’t see this coming. If they see me, they’ll run.”

“Who can we ask?”

“Your old cheerleading friends?” I asked.

“You called them all two-faced snakes and threw chocolate milk on them, remember?”

“They’re still not over that?” I asked.

“No, they are not over that. Like, at all.”

“Well—I mean, they shouldn’t have skipped the lunch line,” I said, to jog her memory.

“I know.”

“I asked them nicely, and they purposefully ignored me.”

“I know,” Vivian sighed.

“I love how I can do that to them and not get in huge trouble, but if I touch Jacob, I’ll go to federal prison.”

“I heard Jacob fixes Newman’s computer a lot. He also listens to his marital problems, apparently.”

“Please don’t tell me anything more. You’re making me nauseous. I’ll vomit,” I asserted.

Vivian closed her notebook and lightly tapped it. She stopped and quickly grasped my shoulder. A lightbulb seemed to go off on top of her head.

“You should ask Eddy to help you. He’s a good kid; I’m sure he’ll do it. He can ask his teammates to join in,” Vivian suggested.

“Hey, that’s not a bad idea. You know, for someone who’s all about peace, I’m surprised you suggested this.”

“I won’t personally attack or bully Jacob with you, but I can still help you indirectly,” Vivian whispered.

“Well, maybe you can peacefully bully him. You can pelt him with rocks that have the peace sign carved on them.”

“I can’t do that.”

“You can call them the rocks of tranquility,” I said jokingly.

“I can’t really call them that.”

“So, how do I convince Eddy to help me?” I asked.

“You can talk to him.”

“I can, but maybe I could just punch him until he agrees to be my personal servant.”
