The sounds of our moans and the intoxicating scent of sex filled the room. I wasn’t worried about anybody interrupting us because from the sounds and curses coming from both of us, they knew what we were doing. And I would kill anyone who’d see her like this. It was one of the reasons I wanted to kill Grasso. Although he wanted to get under my skin by leering at my wife, I knew he wanted to fuck her just like any other man. She was mine. No one else would ever have her.
I gently took one of her breasts into my mouth, heightening her pleasure. Aaliyah’s sensitivity to my touch was one of the things I loved about her. She was the only woman I had been with who could achieve orgasm through nipple play, and as I kissed, sucked, and nibbled on them, I could feel her becoming more aroused. She was on the verge of coming.
As she bounced on my cock and quickened her rhythm, the familiar tingling spread from the base of my spine. The sounds of her wetness were like a symphony in my ears as her walls tightened around me. With her eyes closed, she threw her head back and screamed my name.
“Fuck. Fuck. Fuck,” I yelled as I released inside her at the same time for what seemed like forever.
With her eyes closed, she pressed her forehead against mine as we both recovered from our euphoric state. These were the moments when I felt the closest to her. Our connection was unbreakable.
“I love you,Bella,” I whispered, just relishing our closeness.
“I love you too, Tony,” she said, then pecking me on the lips.
“Stay,” I said when she tried to get up.
With a smile, she embraced me, and I held her tightly. The only thing on my mind when I was shot was her. If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t be alive. She was the reason I didn’t give up and embrace the darkness. Death was so close, but because of Aaliyah, I refused to leave this world with him.
Now it was time to deal with the shit of our reality. Now it was time to crush everyone who thought they could take her away from me, and me away from her.
Chapter Twenty-Nine
WHERE IS THE GHOST?
Aaliyah
When he woke up, he was going to be pissed. After we fucked, we both went to lay down so he could rest before Grasso arrived and so I could pretend to rest before Grasso arrived. The combination of sex and his medication left him drained.
I wasn’t an idiot. Antonio couldn’t hide his pain from me. I knew he was waiting for his medication to take effect when he wanted to fuck. I also knew that once he fell asleep, he would be out like a light, allowing me to deal with Grasso alone.
I didn’t like people fucking with my family. Grasso played a significant part in the death of my father-in-law, who was the only parent my husband had and cared for him, even though I was the intended victim. He’d have to pay for his role in Papa Rizzo’s death just like his grandfather.
People looked at me as a lady. I didn’t mind it, as long as they didn’t underestimate me, which was something I couldn’t tolerate. Today was the day I would step out of the role of being the prim and proper lady these men viewed me as. Today I would show Agent Grasso why my father entrusted me to handle the men of his world. I was Abasi’s secret weapon, and I was also my husband’s.
I opened the door of the “Chapel,” the sound of Grasso’s curses echoed off the once sacred walls. When Tony first showed me this place, I couldn’t believe that the Rizzo’s actually had a church built on their estate. The ground and building blessed by the now deceased Archbishop of Chicago. Apparently, Tony’s grandfather was a devout Catholic and would spend hours in here trying to atone for his sins according to his father. He also made his men attend church in hopes that they would all be forgiven for the things they had done for the Family.
Papa Rizzo was Catholic too, but not as devout and decided that this place was as good as any for those who went against the Rizzo family to meet their end under the watchful eye of the Virgin Mary and all the murals of Saints painted on the ceilings and incorporated in the stained-glass windows of the building. Personally, I found the place creepy. It felt like the statues and paintings were watching my every move, silently passing judgment on the decisions I had made in my life. But it was hard to deny it was the best place to take care of business without the risk of someone seeing you. Today it would be used to get rid of Agent Grasso, only after he gave me the information I wanted.
Where is the Ghost?
As I walked down the aisle between the pews, the sound of my black stiletto heeled boots reverberated throughout the chapel, capturing the attention of all the men in the room.
I couldn’t stand the smug smile that spread across Agent Grasso’s face. I couldn’t wait to wipe it off. All he saw was a beautiful woman, so I played it up for him. I was dressed in a sleek all-black catsuit that hugged my curves, paired with black stiletto-heeled calf boots. A chignon held my hair tightly at the nape of my neck, while a bold, blood red lipstick adorned my lips. This man thought he could play me and play my husband. Today he’d die for it.
“Decided to join the fun, huh?” he asked, his voice laced with a mix of amusement and malice, as he struggled against the restraints of the chair tied to the altar like the sacrificial lamb that he was.
“The fun can’t start until I get here, Agent. You should know that by now,” I said.
“Untie me, and I’ll show you how much fun we can have,” he said, perusing my body as I walked closer to him, then he licked his lips. “I’ll fuck you until you scream my name.”
I crossed my hands over my chest, purposefully accentuating my curves, and his gaze immediately gravitated towards my breasts. Women will always be a man’s downfall. Instead of focusing on how to get out of his predicament, he was focused on trying to fuck me.
“Where is the Ghost?”
His gaze lingered a little too long on my breasts before he finally looked at me.
“Don’t know who you’re talking about.”
I stepped closer, and with my perfectly manicured red nail, I traced a line along his jaw, pulling a hiss from him when I broke the skin. He liked pain but he wouldn’t like the pain he was about to endure.
