“Is that yourverysubtle way of asking if I want to get railed by four alphas in the middle of the woods?”
“Hey, you said it, not me.”
Her mouth was hot and sweet against mine, her legs gliding up to wrap around my hips. “Cashy, I think we all know the answer.”
Cash was a genius. He knew exactly what he was doing, bringing me out here. This deep in the wilds, I could forget all the shitty things for a while and bask in both the nostalgia and the current delights this pack offered me.
“I’ve never shared you before,” Cooper whispered in my ear.
“Good time to practice,” Cash replied with a grin. “’Cause our girl won’t be holding her heat off forever and I don’t want to play hot potato with her.”
I snorted, giggling against his skin, my brain conjuring the image of them forming me into a ball and tossing me to each person as someone got worn out. “I’m not opposed to one-on-one, but I won’t lie. A heat is more comfortable with additional participants.”
This wasn’t the first time I’d thought about this pack all over me, and it damn sure wasn’t going to be the last. My experience with them as individuals had been illuminating, but if we were going to be a proper pack, the lines of separation needed to blur until we were a unit. I wanted to be as at ease with them as a collective as I was with them on their own, and figure out how we moved as a whole.
Sex wasn’t the largest factor in regards to if we’d work well together long-term, but it certainly didn’t hurt.
“Did we bring towels?”
“Yep, and rinsing water,” said Cash. “We thought of everything.”
“Does that mean you also thought of lube?”
“I can’t believe you would doubt me on something like that.”
The absolute sincerity in his voice made me laugh. “Were you hoping I would come out into the woods and want to get railed six ways to Sunday?”
“The intention was just for you to get some time to relax, but I didn’t want to be caught shorthanded if the mood turned.”
“I love a man who thinks ahead.” Turning to the others, I said much louder, “I also love a man who cozies up to me in cold water.”
Cooper was already plenty close, but he and Cash squeezed me between them while Dakota and Levi joined us. My purring triggered ripples on the water’s surface.
“It’s cute you still like being crushed into oblivion,” Cooper said, nuzzling the side of my head with his cheek.
“No room for anxiety when I’m being squished,” I replied, turning to steal a kiss.
Dakota popped out of the water to claim his own kiss, everyone adjusting slightly to accommodate when Levi joined as well. It was genuinely unfair for them to all be so pretty. Maybe the universe was blessing me with the sweetest alphas to make up for the rest of my life?
I sampled each one of their gorgeous mouths while I basked in their proximity. Even with the water dampening their scents, they were still heady and delicious to experience.
I had never been with four at once before. Two was doable, easy, in fact, but more than that required a little creativity. How could I tackle four lovers without anyone feeling left out? Would it be asking too much for them to figure it out themselves and simply allow myself to be overwhelmed?
“What’s going on in that head, petal?” Dakota asked.
“Logistics.”
Cash laughed.
“Let us worry about that part.” Levi traced his fingertips down my arm. “You worry about enough already.”
“Before we get down and dirty,” said Cash, eyeballing me with fire in his eyes, “I think you need to relax more so you’re resting because you’re chill and not just because we’ve turned off your brain.”
“And how do you propose we do that?”
“It’s a billion fucking degrees out and we’re in a cute-ass lake. We should take advantage of it. When was the last time you swam in a mountain lake?”
I didn’t even have to think about it. “The last time was with you.”
