Kaleb’s phone vibrates, interrupting the tender moment. “I’m sorry, Lily, but I have to get this.”

“Of course. Thanks for what you said. I’ll see you tomorrow!” With a little skip to my step, I head home.

Hands glide over my bare flesh, firm and demanding as I writhe on the bed at Club Rapture. I open my eyes, expecting to find only an inky darkness behind the blindfold, but to my surprise, I’m not wearing one.

There’s a head of dark curls between my thighs, licking and sucking on my aching clit. Aiden catapults me to the edge of orgasm but never fully lets me crash over it. How often had he done this that night while pretending to be Wes? More times than I could remember.

He pulls away, bringing his gray eyes to mine. “My colleague, Kaleb, and I will take excellent care of you tonight, Petal.”

Footsteps approach, and I turn my head to find Kaleb striding toward us with a wide grin on his face. His naturally tanned skin glows beneath the candlelight. When he reaches the bed, he leans down and kisses me deeply. Aiden’s torturous tongue starts up again, somehow seeming to match the rhythm of our kiss.

I’m close, teetering on the edge, and as if he can sense it, Kaleb shifts to lavish his attention on my nipples. He kisses one, twirling his tongue around one sensitive peak while pinching the other until I’m arching off the bed in bliss.

My eyes snap open, then fall shut again as bright light filters in through the living room curtains. I’m not actually at Club Rapture. Kaleb was never there, and I’ve just had what might be my very first sex dream that just happened to feature my two bosses. “No,” I groan, burying my face in the pillow.

Fuck. I really am screwed up, aren’t I? Between the kiss I shared with Aiden and the oral sex Kaleb gave me after the gala, how do I still have a job?

Did they know what I’d done with each of them? Was it only a game? I knew the answer to that. These men, the ones I’ve started considering my champions, would never treat me as if I were a toy to be fought over.

My core aches with the need for release. I can’t exactly touch myself on the couch with my sister sleeping in the bedroom only a few feet away. After checking the time, I discover that it’s not as early as I originally thought and clamber out of bed toward the bathroom.

I stand beneath the spray of hot water and let it wash over me. Every nerve is on fire, electrified with arousal, and with my eyes closed, I can almost picture them here with me. My fingers skim down my body into the wetness between my thighs. With each beat of my heart, my clit throbs a desperate rhythm, and before long, I shatter, whispering their names like a plea.

A little thrill goes through me as I think about Aiden and Kaleb. Would they be able to tell what I’d done this morning, how I’d touched myself to the memory of their caresses in my dream? I’ll probably only feel embarrassed about it later, but for now, all I feel is complete satisfaction.

Kaleb

“Thank you all for coming. Aiden and I are thrilled to have you at our fifth annual backyard BBQ. Since this is NYC and none of us have backyards big enough for everyone, we’re grateful to 620 Loft and Garden for hosting us this year. You can’t get views much better than this.” I stand along the ridge of the fountain, staring down at a hundred or so staff members and their family. Behind me, the fading sun casts stunning beams of light on the high-rise buildings around us and throws a shadow on St. Patrick’s cathedral.

“We hope you enjoy the evening and know that we wouldn’t be here without each and every one of you. Your dedication and drive push us forward, bringing peace of mind to thousands of people around the world. Thank you!” He lifts his glass in a toast and the rest of our guests follow suit, clapping as Aiden steps down from the makeshift podium.

Instead of following along, I have one final announcement to make. “While I’m up here, I’d also like to give a huge shout-out to Liliana Sinclair. Where is she… Oh, there she is.” Lily standsnext to a woman who must be her sister. They share the same black hair, though Calantha’s is cut into a stylish bob.

“Liliana made all the arrangements for this gathering, so if it’s lame, you know who to blame.” The crowd laughs while my beautiful Blossom tries to disappear into the bush beside her. “All jokes aside, let’s give Ms. Sinclair a warm round of applause for one kick-ass party!”

I’m sure Lily will give me shit for that later, but I couldn’t let the moment pass me by. It wasn’t like our previous parties sucked, but our prior assistants never even bothered to learn about the other employees enough to plan something they’d enjoy, and we struggled to stay on top of arrangements between our schedules.

This, along with everything else we’d seen from her so far, was something she thrived at. I honestly can’t think of an area where she wouldn’t.

Aiden and I mingle, meeting the family members of our newest employees and reuniting with old ones. These events always prove just how much of a damn good job our talent team does with hiring. We’ve created a culture here that goes beyond the mundane transaction between employee and employer. We’re a family. Our employees don’t just come to work to get a paycheck. They show up every single day to enrich the lives of so many.

Instead of a sit-down meal, servers walk around the large terrace with trays of sandwiches and other finger foods. I wasn’t sure how not having a seating chart would go, but it looks like our guests are loving it. They’ll be in for more of a treat later once the buffet opens up.

I spot Aiden trapped in a conversation with one of our scientists and Lily by the small pool. She laughs at something Calantha says, her face practically glowing beneath the final shafts of sunlight peaking between the buildings. Not wanting tolose my shot at getting closer to her and finally meeting the sister who submitted her club application, I stride toward them.

Lily darts her gaze in my direction as I approach. Desire flashes in her eyes but it disappears quickly, making me wonder if I made it all up in my head. The dark purple of her dress brings out the mossy green in her eyes until I swear they aren’t hazel anymore.Damn. I could get lost in those eyes.

Calantha wheels around and stares at me with curiosity.

“Lily, I hope you liked my speech,” I say, giving her a wolfish grin.

“You live to embarrass me, I swear,” she replies, feigning exasperation before turning to her sister. “Calantha, this is Kaleb Fitzgerald. Kaleb, this is my sister.”

“I’m glad you could make it. Lily talks a lot about you, and with much nicer things than usual for siblings, at least in my experience.”

“The good stuff you can believe. The rest is all a bunch of lies.” Calantha winks. “My sister talks about you too, actually. All good things, sometimesreallygood things.” She nudges her sister, whose ears have turned pink beneath the attention.

“I didn’t—” she starts, but I cut her off.
