4.1 A secure residential apartment shall be provided at the Benefactor’s expense.
4.2 Companion agrees to permit the Benefactor keyholder privileges for purposes of safety, delivery, or emotional crises.
4.3 Utilities, furnishings, internet, and housekeeper included.
5. Communication & Time Commitments
5.1 Companion agrees to a minimum of:
- Two (2) in-person meetings per calendar week, including one (1) overnight
- Daily check-ins via text or phone
5.2 The Benefactor shall be on-call 24/7 for emotional support, comfort, and/or verbal affection.
This clause is non-negotiable.
6. Physical & Intimate Boundaries
6.1 All physical activity shall be consensual. A safe word shall be mutually established and strictly honoured.
6.2 Penetration is not required until both parties agree in writing or moan it mid-act.
6.3 Kinks, fetishes, and curiosities shall be reviewed monthly. Hard limits respected. Soft limits encouraged.
7. Public Conduct & Discretion
7.1 In public settings, the Companion shall refer to the Benefactor as“Mr Trentham.”
7.2 In private settings, the use of“Daddy” is preferred but left to the Companion’s discretion.
7.3 The Companion agrees not to disclose the nature of this arrangement to third parties without written consent.
7.4 PDA is permitted in controlled doses.
8. Exclusivity Clause
8.1 Both parties agree to remain sexually exclusive during the active term of this Agreement.
8.2 Emotional exclusivity is discouraged but not prohibited. (Struck and initialled twice.)
9. Bonus Clauses
9.1 Companion shall be praised regularly.“Good girl” is to be used liberally.
9.2 Random acts of spoiling are at the Benefactor’s sole discretion.
9.3 The Companion is entitled to brat without penalty, though punishment is encouraged.

This contract shall be legally binding, and will be taken very seriously by both parties.
