My phone buzzes in my hand, and I lift it to read the notification.
Speak of the Devil.
It’s a message on YourFan. From CumJunkie.
“Hey you. Are we still on for tonight? I’ve got a surprise for you but I want to make sure you’re up for it first.”
A surprise? I’m intrigued. X usually saves his surprises for our post-coital sessions, and they usually revolve around cooking and eating some delicious food.
“I am if you are,”I respond.
“Of course. Why wouldn’t I be?”he answers.
I really thought I freaked him out last Friday, but maybe I didn’t. Maybe I just misinterpreted his behavior. Which, considering I can’t see his face, is not that hard to do now that I think about it.
“What’s the surprise?”I send him.
The dots on the bottom of the screen start swirling as he types, and I can’t stop staring at them, waiting to see what he’s got for me.
“Is that your cum-obsessed boyfriend?” Julian says and leans in to read my screen.
“Can you stop being so…youin public?” I tell him, hiding my phone from him.
He already knows too much. He doesn’t need to know the private conversations I have with my fans.
Julian hums as if he has no idea what I’m talking about and reaches a hand to grab his drink. I take the other one, and we walk out of Espresso Blues.
“You’re being so secretive lately. This guy has ruined you,” Julian says, nonchalantly again, sucking on his straw.
“You’re only saying that because you can’t get enough of me.” I push him away, playfully.
The sun is warm on my skin and there is a slight breeze that makes the weather bearable.
I’m so glad the term finishes this week because I so need a break.
Maybe Mr. X will agree to go away by the coast somewhere. Anywhere we can get away for a few days and enjoy the summer.
But I guess for that to happen he first has to show me his face.
That definitely isn’t going to happen.
Julian gets busy checking out all the people around campus and starts rating them. As usual, most people end up a nine or a ten. He’s such a dog.
Since he’s busy trying to find his next heartbreak, I unlock my phone and check if X has responded.
“I want to sleep with you without the hood. But I need all the lights to be out until the very end. Which means no cameras. Is that something you want to do?”
A rush overcomes my body and it takes me a few moments before I can type a response.
He wants to show me who he is.
Shit. Do I want that?
I know I’ve been wanting to find out who this mysterious man is since the beginning, but do I want to find out now, after so many months?
Maybe the reason we are having such a good timeisthe anonymity our encounters offer.
But then again, maybe with the hood off he can be someone I could fall in love with. Maybe someone I can get over Rivera with.
