Sirrus pressed into me, keeping me full, and Endre pulled back to look at me while Zovai dug his fingers into my hips and kissed my clit the way he kissed my mouth. Holding nothing back.

“Give it to him,” Endre said. “Once more. Three. One for each of your mates. A reminder of how thoroughly we haveruined you.”

The last words were the barest whisper against my lips, and I shattered. He consumed my cries with a kiss, and the crests of pleasure breaking over me didn’t lessen. They seemed infinite and gorgeous and sparkling.

It felt like a lifetime ago when I had asked them to ruin me, and I’d had no idea what it would mean or how true it would be.

My body had no strength when they lifted me and carried me down to the bath. My breath still came in harsh gasps, and my heart had a hard time settling.

“You’re right,” I finally said, cradled by Sirrus. “We should have done that long ago.”

All of them laughed. Zovai pulled a foot toward him beneath the water. “Maybe. But there’s plenty more. You took two cocks. Someday you will take three.”

I blinked. “How?”

Sirrus drifted his hands below my ass, drawing a gasp of realization from me. “It will take time. But yes.”

The mental image of all three of them fucking me at once had me shuddering with heat. I wanted that. Desperately. “Yes, please.”

All their bonds turned dark with need. Zovai’s especially. He was still hard. “You didn’t finish,” I said.

“I will. Or did you think this was over?”

I covered my mouth with my hand, stifling a laugh. “I don’t know that I’ll survive much more.”

He winked. “That’s why we’re resting. Don’t worry, mate, I’ll have you begging before I take you.” He had no doubts about it, and because of that, neither did I.

But the world still waited for us on the other side of daybreak, and my mind refused to forget. “Promise me we’ll all try,” I whispered. “No matter what happens. We try and we fight, because I—” emotion stopped my voice. I cleared my throat. “I’m not finished with you, and I don’t mean tonight.”

Pulling me off Sirrus’s lap, Endre curled himself around me. “You are the only reason we’ve had to fight in centuries, Katalena. There is no need to promise. But I will. I swear it. We will fight until the last breath to protect you and come back to you if we are separated. The stars will have to wait for our company.”

The others nodded in agreement.

My mates kept their word and made me beg. Until, like the stars heard Endre’s declaration and took it to be true, they started to wink out in the face of the coming dawn.

CHAPTER FIFTY-ONE

________

ZOVAI

There.

I spotted the first peak on the southwestern side of the bowl. Where our party would split, half to Trutis and half to Denao.

The days we’d flown had been fraught and quiet. Instead of flying through the center of the bowl and over Evrítha, we flew south along the coast past Skalisméra. None of us wanted to run into the Craisian army—or any army—yet. It also took us away from Doro Eche.

But we still looked for unfriendly eyes and took pains not to be obvious. A group of dragons like the one Idroal led wouldn’t raise suspicion. But our colors?

Being sighted even casually could be disastrous.

We will meet you in Zastea, Idroal said.May the stars favor you.

They angled north, and others followed suit. Sotai, Karadi, Erryn, Ravi, and Prince Arris traveled with them. Our group was headed for Denao and the stones hidden there.

There was no question that the three of us and Lena would stay together. Either split the group like this, or everyone would go to both capitals. We would not be separated. No matter what.

The Princess of Denao and the Prince of Zastea rode on Belleo and Mesene while Lena was tucked between my shoulders. I loved carrying her on my back far more than carrying her in my claws.
