What’s with this childish behavior? Who does he think he is?

She waited a few seconds then knocked again.

Realizing that her attempts were futile she turned to leave.

I’ll find out who you are, and you will regret this! No one should treat a lady like this.

Leticia pulled out her phone and dialed Lennart’s number. It rang, but he didn’t answer.

Dammit! She hissed and shoved her phone back in her pocket.

?

Ryosuke took a nap since he had a free day all day. And just when he indulged himself in a pleasant dream, he got interrupted by another pounding on the door.

Disoriented from the dream, he jumped and looked around the room.

The knocking repeated and Ryosuke groaned and went to answer the door.

When he opened it, he saw another woman standing on the other side. She looked a bit confused when she saw him.

“Hi… Umm, is Lennart here?”

“He is, but I think he’s sleeping. He is in the room next to this one.”

“Oh, umm... Can’t you check if he’s awake? It’s really important, and I couldn’t reach him on the phone.”

“Sure. I’ll go check.” Ryosuke turned and left the woman standing at the door wondering if this one was some of Lennart’s lovers too.

He knocked once, twice, but he didn’t get an answer. The silence unnerved him, so he tried the doorknob. He was a bit surprised to find out it was actually unlocked, and when he peeked in, he saw Lennart laying on the couch sleeping like ababy. Ryosuke felt sorry he had to wake him up, but he came closer and put a hand on Lennart’s shoulder.

“Hey… Wake up.” He shook him lightly, and hoped it would be enough.

Since Lennart didn’t move an inch, Ryosuke tried again. “Lennart, wake up.”

Ryosuke realized this was the first time he had said Lennart’s name out loud. It was a strange but also a pleasant feeling as those syllables rolled off his tongue. And luckily it had some effect; Lennart opened his eyes.

“Did something happen?” Lennart looked around.

“No. But there’s someone looking for you. She said it’s important so this is the reason I woke you up,” Ryosuke explained.

“Do you know her name?”

“No.”

“Always ask for names. Now I need to get up and check what she wants.”

“I’m sorry,” Ryosuke said, feeling guilty.

“Don’t be.” Lennart smiled. “Now you at least know what to do next time.” He got up and put a hand on Ryosuke’s shoulder. “It’s good that she came. At least I won’t waste the whole day sleeping.”

Once at the door, Ryosuke heard them talk:

“Oh, it’s you, Elin.”

“I called you on the phone, but you weren’t answering my calls.”

“You worked today too?”
