"Kane, what the fuck are you doing?" Micah asks, coming to stand in front of me.

"Get out of my way, Lewis."

"No, not if you're here to start a war."

"Fuck that, I'm here to fucking end it. Where is she?"

"I-I um…"

"Fuck it." I push past him, sending him stumbling back as I march through the house looking for any sign of Letty or either of the Dunn twins.

It seems luck is on my side when I get to the kitchen because I find Luca shirtless with his back to me, his head hanging low as he leans forward on the counter.

I should probably take note of his stance, of the defeat in it, but I don't. My adrenaline is pumping too fast with my need to take him out.

She fucking ran into his arms. She turned her back on me and ran to him.

Storming up behind him, I wrap my fingers around his waistband and haul him back, throwing him down on the counter full of liquor bottles. The glass rattles with the force of him colliding with it and they topple over like dominoes, each one hitting the floor seconds after the last, smashing and filling the room with the scent of alcohol.

Gasps and screams sound out around me but I keep my focus on the man before me.

Stepping up to him, I stand right in his face, my eyes boring into his.

"Where is she?" I bellow in his face as his jaw begins to tic.

"None of your fucking business."

My hand wraps around his throat, squeezing in warning.

"It fucking well is. She's mine. Where the fuck is she?"

"Fuck. You," he spits.

Pulling my arm back, I finally get to do what I've been so desperate to do all this time.

Something settles within me the second my knuckles connect with his cheek, the sound of skin on skin, of bones connecting is just like music to my fucking ears.

"Motherfucker."

With aggression I was not expecting from him, he takes me by surprise and forces me back, pinning me against the wall with his forearm against my throat.

"Go on then, pretty boy. Fucking try it," I taunt.

Luca pulls his arm back, his face pulled tight, anger and hatred swirling in his eyes as he stares at me.

We're similar in height and size, but I know for a fact that I've got speed on my side when it comes to fighting.

I've been trained by the best. While I spent hours in the ring with multiple Hawks members training, Posh Boy was in the gym and out on the field running plays. It might have made him a kick-ass quarterback, but it's going to do nothing for him right now.

"What are you waiting for, pussy?" I hiss, waiting for him to throw his punch so I can get the upper hand.

A growl rips from his lips right before he moves, but he doesn't get the chance because a voice fills the silence around us.

"Luca, no," Letty cries.

Ripping my eyes from his, I find her fighting through the crowd to get to us.

The second she emerges, my heart drops into my feet and all the air rushes from my lungs.
