Chapter 2

Frank

When John asked me to take care of his little girl for a few days, I knew I was in trouble. It hadn’t been easy to keep Megan off my mind and I had done all I could not to keep in touch with her. But I couldn’t come up with a reason to refuse him. And telling him I had filthy thoughts about his daughter was not an option.

So here I am, driving the sassy little girl to my condo, and bracing myself up for a major challenge to my willpower for the next few days. My cock is already straining in my pants, tempted by the warm, curvy body just two feet away. The little brat isn’t even wearing a bra. From the corner of my eye, I see her tetas bounce each time we hit a bump on the road.

When I saw Megan earlier outside the dorm, my eyes were glued on the two heart shapes on her twin peaks. Was the naughty girl wearing some kind of stickers? I remember when Megan was little, her face and arms were always covered with colorful stickers. Apparently she still has that old habit. The only difference is they now move to her other body parts.

The first time I saw Megan, she was still a toddler. She was as cute as a doll in her pink polka dot dress. At first, she was shy, hiding behind John’s legs, but soon she decided she liked me and sat on my lap the whole time when I was speaking to her dad.

I hadn’t seen her throughout her high school years, and I almost couldn’t recognize her a few months ago when John brought her to college in Sacramento. She had grown into a stunning young woman and I had a hard time keeping my eyes off her. I focused my attention on John and deliberately kept a distance from her.

Megan’s cell phone rings and it breaks the silence between us. She speaks in a cheerful voice. I’m instantly jealous. Who the hell is Josh? Boyfriend? No. It doesn’t sound like it. She sounds too polite to be speaking to a boyfriend. There doesn’t seem to be any intimacy between them. I repress my curiosity to ask her to verify, but I’m sure he’s just a friend.

Chapter 3

Megan

Frank lives in North Sacramento, and his luxury condo is right by Sacramento River. He drives along the river before entering his garage, which is right below his unit.

Frank leaves my cardboard boxes in the garage and carries my suitcases up the stairs. I’m mesmerized as soon as I step into the living room. It’s so spacious and bright, with lots of windows, and a fantastic river view. My room, which is right next to his, also has the same view. Even my bathroom has a view right next to the bathtub. Wow, I’m speechless. I wouldn’t mind being quarantined here for the rest of my life.

After settling down my things, I step out to the balcony with Frank, to admire the view. Not far below is a row of covered boat slips.

“Do you have a boat, too?” I ask Frank.

“Of course,” he says with a proud smile. “See the beauty in the second spot to the right? She’s my baby.”

I follow his gaze and see the bowrider under a blue cover and nod. It looks expensive. I stare at it for a long time. The way he calls his boat his baby makes me envious.

“I’ll take you on a cruise tomorrow,” he says.

“That’ll be awesome!”

As we’re speaking, Frank’s next-door neighbor opens her balcony door and steps out. Through the fence, I see a stunning looking blond woman in a crop tank top and a short skirt.

“Hi Frank!” she waves at him through the fence between the two balconies.

“Hi Penny,” Frank says, waving back. “Meet Megan, my friend John’s daughter. She’s going to stay with me for a few days.”

We say hi to each other before Penny asks Frank, “Would the two of you like to join me for lunch later on? I’m going to barbeque ribs.”

Frank pauses. “Thanks for the invitation, but I don’t think we should because of the social distancing.”

“Oh, Frank, you’re such a stickler. One lunch wouldn’t hurt. Besides, who’s to know?”

Frank chuckles. “Well, Penny, you’ve basically announced it in front of the entire condo.”

Penny laughs, too. “Okay, I won’t force you. But I could bring you something over if you wish.”

“No thanks. I’m going to cook for Meg.”

Penny pouts and says, “Okay, another time, then.”

Before returning to her house, she glances at me. Although she’s smiling, I can still feel the hostility. There’s little doubt that Penny has the hots for Frank. Maybe they’ve been seeing each other already.

“Your neighbor is very nice,” I say to Frank hoping to find out more about their relationship.
