Frank’s Bentley SUV is parked right next to the dorm, and it doesn’t take us long to load my stuff onto his vehicle.
“Are you hungry? Would you like something to eat first?” he asks as soon as I’m buckling my seatbelt.
“No, I’m fine,” I say.
His eyes glide down and fix on my boobs for a moment before moving away.
I glance down and see the very obvious hearts and blush. Shit. I should’ve put on a bra.
I must look like a slut to Frank, although I’m not. I’m still a virgin even though I’m already eighteen and lots of guys are interested in me, including Josh.
“So,” Frank speaks as soon as he pulls the car into the traffic. “Your dad said you’d been staying in the dorm alone for two weeks?”
“Yeah,” I answer with a giggle. “I thought I would like it, but…”
“What happened?” he asks, looking worried. “Did something happen last night?”
“Yeah,” I say, feeling foolish. I’m not going to tell him about the raccoon. He’ll think I’m crazy. “I just got lonely suddenly.”
Frank chuckles. “I see. But it was brave of you to stay by yourself for so long!”
“Thank you so much for letting me stay in your house,” I say when we’re stopping at the traffic light.
“Oh, you’re very welcome,” Frank says as he turns and smiles at me warmly. “I’ve been bored staying home alone as well and I’m glad to have company.”
Just the two of us?My heart races with excitement as I realize the implication of his words. This is too good to be true.
“You don’t live with your girlfriend?” I ask, blushing a bit for being a snoop.
He chuckles. “I don’t have one.”
“Oh really?” I answer as casual as possible, although my heart is pounding excitedly.
I can’t believe my luck. Frank would always come to our house with a gorgeous woman in the past. Thus, I never imagined him without a girlfriend, not even when he showed up alone when Dad and I met him on campus the day I moved in the dorm last year. It was one of the reasons I didn’t call him even though I was attracted to him and wanted to see him again. Another reason was he hardly gave me a second glance that day.
I grow restless thinking I’ll stay in Frank’s house alone with him. I’ll have plenty of chance to seduce him! But how would I do it? I’ve never even had a boyfriend and I’ve never been interested in a guy enough to seduce him. It’s usually the other way around. Guys would hit on me. Josh sometimes put his arm around me, or spoke to me in a weird low voice, but I got goosebumps when he did those things. I wish I had put on some eyelash extensions so I could bat them at Frank.
My phone rings and I check it quickly. Speaking of the devil. It’s Josh.
“Hi babe,” he speaks in a seductive voice. “Do you miss me?”
I blush, aware of Frank’s curious eyes. “Come on, Josh, stop joking. Listen, I’m moving out of the dorm, too.”
“What? Really? Where’re you going?”
“I’m going to my dad’s friend’s house.”
“Why?”
“My dad’s car broke and he can’t pick me up.”
“I can pick you up.”
“What?” I laugh. “I can’t ask you to do that. It’s a long way.”
“I don’t mind. I have so much time. I’m bored.”
“I don’t know. Let me think about it. Thanks.”
