“Tell me,” Cruz said, and Tommy glared. Cruz turned to Rhys who reached in and pulled out another. “Nails next,” Cruz ordered, and Rhys lifted his chin in recognition.

Tommy already had most of his nails gone on one hand so he knew what was coming for his son.

Teddie cried out, tears rolling down his face. Tommy didn’t teach his kid anything about this life. That was a huge mistake.

Deke stepped in and worked on the left while Rhys worked on the right, pulling the nails out by the roots. Teddie screamed and howled in pain, trying without any luck to get out of Ax and Raid’s grasp. Good luck with that, buddy.

“Stop!” Tommy screamed, the pain on his face for his kid apparent. I couldn’t imagine watching someone you loved get the shit kicked out of them. But I didn’t give a fuck. This dick told my club I was a spy for the ATF. Fuck that, and fuck him.

“Talk,” GT barked. He and Cooper now had all eyes on the two in the middle.

My fate, though, was still up in the damn air. At this point my only option was to see how this played out. I did itch to grab my phone and shoot Katie a text, but now wasn’t the time for that.

“What do you wanna know?” Tommy bit every word out, and Cruz nodded to Deke who pulled out another nail. Teddie screamed once again.

“You play fuckin’ games, it’s gonna get a lot worse for Teddie. Now fuckin’ talk,” Cruz growled. His patience left a while ago.

“He.” Tommy nodded to me, and low growls could be heard throughout the room. Yeah, this wasn’t looking good for me. “Came to us with a plan to get rid of all of you. When you didn’t blow up in the warehouse, I came in with the request for the ghost guns. That asshole over there told us to get Valentino to take you all out there.”

“And that motherfucker backfired,” Ryker said.

“Right. Then everything went to fuckin’ hell.” Tommy then sat their quietly.

Not wanting to wait a second, Cruz nodded at Rhys and Deke who looked to Nox. Nox smiled then grabbed the hammer and slammed it into Teddie’s knees. He buckled, his screams coming out as air as his vocal cords were strained. Ax and Raid continued to hold his weight.

“I told ya I’d talk!” Tommy yelled, blood coming out of his mouth and running down his chin. The mouth sure did bleed.

“You’re not talkin’ fast enough,” Rhys growled low. “Should we do more?”

“Fine!” Tommy yelled. “After the Valentino thing, that fucker,” he again pointed at me, “wanted to blow up the clubhouse, but no way in fuck were we in on that shit. Too risky. He told us to fuck off, gave us a stack of cash, and left. That’s all I fuckin’ know.”

“And this is the guy who you saw?” Tug this time asked Tommy. Tug knew me better than the other original Ravage. He had to know I’d never do that shit.

“Looked just fuckin’ like him. Except he didn’t have a stick up his ass.” Tommy spat my way.

“Fuck me … not this again. It wasn’t me.”

“Then who the hell was it?” Tommy asked. “You’re fuckin’ twin?”

It was then Micah and I turned to each other, both our brows raised.

No fucking way.

The SUV stoppedabout an hour later. I tried to keep track of where we were, but I wasn’t used to this area and got lost. Even if I could get away, there was nowhere for me to go.

We were in a subdivision, so maybe I could possibly find someone. Maybe. Hopefully.

“Get out,” Dryerson ordered. I didn’t want to listen and didn’t move exactly when he said. He barked loud, “Now!”

My entire body jumped. He had the keys, so all he’d have to do was hit the unlock button. Reluctantly, I climbed out.

The home was a small two-story brown brick. The yard was manicured to perfection along with the bushes trimmed within an inch of their lives. Everything had a spot.

Dryerson grabbed my arm like before. “Move your fuckin’ ass,” he ordered, dragging me to the front door.
