“I’d watch, just like I did that night. Your wet cunt dripping all over Marco’s cock while you shamelessly ride him until you’re cumming all over him, and I’d wish it was me…until it was.” Asli’s hand slipped underneath the hem of her dress but hesitated, watching the rapid rise and fall of her chest, the way she squirmed in the passenger seat and the way her grip tightened on the seatbelt. He was waiting for the verbal go-ahead to put them both out of their misery.

“Can you see it, little star? Me strapped down to the bondage bed, my cock stretching you out while you chase another climax. I wish I could have heard you that night.” His voice dropped. “What I wouldn’t give to hear the sounds you make when you cum, Syra.” His pulse matched the fast tempo of Syra’s breathing, and his cock ached, almost desperate to be buried in the warm heat of her body.

He wasn’t sure who the master of this game was. He wanted to tease her, taunt her, and drive her into a madness there was only one cure for—him and his best friend. But he couldn’t tell which one of them was filling the potency of a sex-filled haze in his car.

Asli’s name left her lips on an unsteady breath, and she grabbed his hand on her thigh. He held his breath. His heart slammed into his throat, wondering if she would guide his hand farther up her dress and let him coax a sweet melody from her body with his fingers.

“Asli, I….” He saw the moment of indecision cross her face before a resolve settled in. He knew what she was going to say, but he waited till the words left her lips, and she guided his hand back toward his own lap.

“We should get going. We don’t want to be late.”

Marco’s grip on the steering wheel tightened as he pulled his dress shirt away from his neck with his other hand. He kept the windows down as he drove fast, letting the cold night air kiss his skin in hopes it would cool the foul mood he was in. He tried to keep his mind on Syra and Orchard Tree, but it kept switching back to work and the not-so-little problem that arose before he was ready to pick up Syra and her friends.

It was happening again.

The thought popped into his mind the moment Evelyn dropped the mail on his desk with a worried look on her face. There was a thick packet that had been opened. It wasn’t unusual for her to open the mail, but her face had made him fear the worst. He knew what was in that packet long before he picked it up and confirmed the worst of it.

He sat in that office with Asli only a couple of days prior, trying to ease the worry and fear that gnawed at him. He convinced himself he was paranoid, that Colton’s presence and his worry for Syra was what was setting him off, but he knew better. He knew to trust his gut, and maybe he would have seen the hit coming and would have been better prepared for the blow. Instead, it knocked him on his ass, making him wonder how he didn’t see any of this coming.

The deal with Mr. Brown had fallen through. It wasn’t unheard of; numerous things caused people to back out of buying property or leasing it. It was the nature of the business. However, the reason Mr. Brown pulled out of the property was not. The building he’d been interested in had been vandalized and a fire had practically burned it down to the bare bones. The packet that had been delivered to Garrison Inc had a ripped-up contract and pictures of not only the building Mr. Brown had been interested in but also other buildings vacant under Garrison Inc in ruin.

Interesting how these pictures were waiting in my mailbox right before I found out the building that was supposed to be mine is now gone because of a suspicious fire. If you didn’t want to sell me the building, you should have said something, Mr. Garrison. This is not the way to do business.

The handwritten scrawl of Mr. Brown’s note was seared into his mind. The fact that someone had sent him pictures made him want to turn the car around and go back into the office, back to where he could stare at those pictures and find out who actually took them. Who was behind the hits his company was taking?

He grabbed his phone, ready to text Asli that he wasn’t coming, but then he saw the message Asli had sent him.

I got her. She looks divine and she’s looking for you.

Marco had Asli pick up Syra and her friends to take them to Orchard Tree. He made some excuse about meeting them there, knowing if he told his friend what was going on at the company, he’d stay back and try and fix it. Seeing those words on his phone screen did something funny to his heart. The fact that she was looking for him shouldn’t have made him ache to be near her—it shouldn’t have eased him and tormented him in the same breath.

How quickly had she slipped underneath his defenses that he was so eager to see her and already forgot the problems waiting for him at work?

It helped that he knew she was with Asli, alone in his car and that enticed a new sensation in his body. He could already picture the two of them together, and anticipation and arousal coiled in his stomach, making his cock harden.

The idea of Asli touching and teasing his estrellita had his foot leaning on the gas, desperate to get to them so he didn’t miss a minute of their interactions. He shared women with Asli before, but never like this and never with someone who he could admit in the quiet of his car he’d been in love with.

Marco waited for an inkling of jealousy to hit him at the idea of Syra and Asli, but it never came. He wasn’t foolish to believe that it would never come, he was human after all, but right now all he wanted to do was enjoy Syra with his best friend.

Marco’s mood slowly shifted as his focus was now on Orchard Tree, and the rooms he wanted to take Syra into. He wondered about her curious nature and need to explore, if she would let her walls down again and invite him and Asli in.

His hand gripped the steering wheel tighter. He felt his anticipation and excitement for tonight spark to life, becoming a breathing entity in the car with him. He couldn’t remember the last time he went to a party like this. He declined the event invites often enough he was surprised he still received them. His need to play had left him with only his hand to keep him company, but the re-emergence of Syra in his world had brought with it his desire to share his pleasures.

“Tonight’s going to be a good night,” Marco whispered, his smile growing the more he thought about Syra and what her experience would be like at Orchard.

The piercing ringing of his cell phone quickly killed his mood. When he saw Evelyn’s name across his screen, he debated not answering it and letting it go to voicemail, but he knew he wouldn’t be able to enjoy tonight without knowing what fires were waiting for him to be put out.

He hit the answer button and waited for his Bluetooth to connect to his car speaker. “I thought I told you to enjoy the weekend, Evelyn.”

“You did, but you know I listen as well as you do.” Marco almost laughed until he heard what followed her comment.

“Come again?” He slowed the car down before he pulled off to the side of the road so he could give her his full attention.

“Not only was the place trashed, but another one of Garrison’s buildings in the process of a sale had gone up in flames about an hour ago. I forwarded you all the documents I had come through the business email along with pictures so you can see.” Marco grabbed the phone to pull up his email.

“There’s something else too.” The hesitation in her voice sent him on edge. His body locked up, memories from when his first company tanked came rushing back to him even as he tried to push them aside. This wasn’t then, and he wasn’t that same kid who didn’t know what he was doing. He had a team he trusted and Asli.

“How bad is it?” Marco kept his voice even. Whatever this was, he had faith the company would survive it.
