We hit our climax together, my cry muffled by his shoulder as his name falls repeatedly from my lips. There’s nothing but Ben—one of my alphas—and the knowledge that we belong to each other completely.
As we come down from the high, Ben presses his forehead to mine, eyes still closed as he savours the moment, his knot buried deep inside me. “Let’s not move for just a minute,” he whispers.
“Couldn’t even if we wanted to,” I giggle softly, content to stay wrapped in his arms—safe, loved, and utterly satisfied.
We finally unravel from each other as Ben’s knot diminishes enough to carefully set me down on my feet.
Ben wraps the largest towel around me, tucking it in carefully. Kisses trail up my neck as he secures me within its fluffy embrace. “There,” he says softly. “All bundled up.”
I smile up at him, feeling like the luckiest omega in the whole Lake District. “Thank you,” I murmur.
He simply winks at me and opens the bathroom door. The scent of freshly brewed coffee hits us as we step out.
Liam pops his head out of my room with that cheeky grin. “I’ve made up your nest with dry sheets, but feel free to undo the whole thing.”
“Aww, thanks,” I say with a grin, feeling lucid and happy after four knots. I’ll need a lot more to come in the next couple of days, but for now, I can put this time to good use. Entering my room, I stare at the nest and shake my head with a laugh. “A for effort and A plus for the thought, but do you mind?” I wave my hand at the neat nest, which is entirely the problem. I want it messy and cosy. “Where’s the blanket Henry gave me?”
“It’s in the wash,” Henry says, coming back into the room with coffee and snacks. “It was sodden.” He chuckles.
“I want it back as soon as possible,” I murmur, feeling a bit frantic that it’s not in my possession. I grab the t-shirt he gave me instead, which I’d ripped off along with Liam’s hoodie before the alphas came to find me because I was too hot and put that on, and then Ben’s rugby shirt over it. It comes down to my knees, making me giggle as I grab the hoodie and put that on as well. Handing the damp towel back to Ben, I set to work fixingup the nest as best I can without the central part. I remind myself, as the anxiety of being away from it nearly rips me apart, that I’ll have it back as soon as it’s dry.
Henry watches with an amused twinkle in his eye as I attack the nest with a kind of organised chaos that only I could achieve. The snacks he’s brought sit forgotten for a moment as I burrow into my new fortress of comfort, cushions and pillows flying as I arrange them just so.
“Sweetheart, you’re going to bury yourself in there,” he teases, setting down the tray on the nightstand.
I peek out from my cocoon of bedding. “That’s the general idea,” I laugh. “But don’t worry, I’ll come up for air... and food... and knots, naturally.”
Liam snorts from the bed where he’s made himself at home with a fondness in his gaze that sends a shiver of warmth through me. “I bet you’d surface faster if we dangled the blanket in front of you like bait.”
Rolling my eyes, I toss a small pillow at him, which he catches effortlessly. “You know me too well, but yeah, basically.”
Ben settles down next to Henry on the floor on the edge of my nest with a contented sigh, both looking at me with affectionate amusement. “Our little omega making her nest,” Ben murmurs.
I beam at them, surrounded by softness and love. “My nest wouldn’t be complete without my alphas.”
Henry leans in first, planting a soft kiss on my lips before passing me a mug of coffee. “We’re right here, sweetheart.” His voice is as comforting as a warm blanket fresh out of the dryer.
Taking a sip of the coffee, I savour the rich flavour before turning to Liam with expectant eyes.
He gets the hint and slides in closer, offering me a plate of biscuits. “Wouldn’t want you to go hungry with all the nest-building.”
“You’re trying to butter me up for later, aren’t you?” I tease, taking one and biting into it with delight.
“Nah,” Liam replies smoothly, his eyes twinkling, “Just keeping our omega fuelled and happy.”
I relax back into the pillows, munching on the biscuit contentedly. The warmth from the bodies of my alphas envelopes me like a snug embrace, their presence both comforting and invigorating.
Ben reaches out to brush a crumb from my lip and then leans forward to follow it with a gentle kiss. “We’d do anything for you,” he whispers against my mouth.
Henry chuckles softly. “I think we can safely say that our little omega is pampered.”
I shoot him a mock glare from over the rim of my coffee mug. “And don’t you forget it,” I say with feigned haughtiness.
Liam’s laugh fills the room as he stretches out on the bed, his body relaxed but his gaze still on me with affectionate warmth. It’s funny how everything seems brighter when I’m with them—the world outside this room could be falling apart, but right here, everything is perfect.
