Hereallywanted Sahar with him at Patrick’s. He wanted Sahar with him everywhere.
Walking into his kitchen, Jay opened the freezer and pulled out the ice cream he’d promised Eloise as she picked out bowls.

SAHAR
Sahar had seen Jay for a few short minutes earlier in the day as he came by the theatre to kiss her before he went home. She’d come in before her usual time for physical therapy, so he’d caught her right as she was about to go in. It’d been blissful, but short. Too short.
And work had been good. Especially when she’d had a moment where she thought about the flashback episode again, and it gave her another idea that she couldn’t wait to run by him. Now, in her bathroom, and about to hop into the shower, she remembered to text him about it.
SAHAR
I have an idea…
As she waited for him to respond, she set her phone down and washed off her makeup. His text came through as she was drying her face.
JAY
I’m listening.
She applied toner with a cotton pad, then opened the rubbish bin with its foot pedal to discard it inside, and picked up her phone.
SAHAR
What if you snuck in an undercover lovers scene in the flashback episode? Maybe during the moment at the club? Where K and H are watching the handoff? The majority is all there, you’ve just got to spice it up a bit. ??
JAY
I thought about something like that during the initial outlining process because it’d be another hint that the Logan brothers had been aware of Katherine’s importance all along. What’d you have in mind specifically?
A few weeks ago, she wouldn’t have dared to tell him exactly what she’d been thinking. But now, it was…effortless.Right.
SAHAR
I don’t know how closely you were paying attention during Midnights (or even if you remember) because the scene I’m thinking of usually happens when Darcy and Elizabeth are arguing?
But there’s a moment where Jane and Bingley are off on the side and doing their own thing.
JAY
No offense to Ethan and Naomi, but I only had eyes for you, so yeah. I know exactly what scene you’re talking about.
SAHAR

JAY
Sure, but a demonstration would also work.
