He pulled back to see Theo’s face. He’d been worried Freddie’s wedding would be hard for Theo, that it would dredge up memories of hurt or regret, but he’d been nothing but bouncy and jazzed all day.

“You seem happy,” Camden said.

Theo blinked. “Of course I’m happy. I’m here with you.”

Camden shook his head. He had no idea how he’d gotten so lucky. The last six weeks had been a dream.

They’d had a few hiccups. There were times Theo shut down or got self-conscious about his feelings, and Camden overreacted in his own head, expecting the guillotine to drop. And there were times Camden was exhausted from his long work hours, coupled with his own insecurities over money and status.

But they also knew each other. Camden knew that if Theo got overwhelmed or felt too vulnerable, then the best thing to do was make him tea and get him some sugar. Theo knew that Camden needed way more assurances about his love and devotion than any person rightly should. They worked. They fought for it every day, and so far, it was working.

“Why did you pull me into this fancy hallway, Theo?” Camden asked, palming Theo’s hips. He was wearing a basic gray suit that fit him like a glove.

“Just wanted a few moments alone.” Theo caressed Camden’s chest, sliding it over the pocket. They both tensed as Theo’s palm connected with the small oval inside.

“I bet we could find a location that’s a bit more alone than a hallway.”

“Yep. I’ve already scouted, Mr. Blackjack Dealer.” Theo twirled out of Camden’s hands and disappeared into a room a few steps away. Camden followed him, so incredibly happy he could hardly stand himself. He would forever follow Theo.

The room seemed to be a sitting room. There was a chaise lounge covered in floral upholstery, a closet full of coats and purses, a full-length mirror, and a door with a lock.

Good enough for Camden. He flipped the lock and removed the remote from his pocket. They stared at each other from across the room. Theo smiled.

“How did it feel, Theo? Sitting through the ceremony, the constant fullness?”

“Dirty. Like I was doing something bad.”

“You were doing something bad. And now”—Camden pressed a button on the remote—“you’ve been caught.”

The second Camden turned on the Rimmy, Theo’s head hitched back like he’d been punched. This was a new form of play for them—the remote control, the wearing-a-toy-in-public. It only worked because Theo trusted Camden so much. It only worked because they could be open with each other.

Camden caught Theo in his arms and kissed the spot under his ear that always made Theo’s cock jerk.

“Oh fuck, Cam. What do I have to do to make amends? I’ll do anything. I don’t want to get in trouble with the big bosses.” Theo’s voice was strained and breathy.

Camden didn’t know exactly what game Theo was attempting here, but he was happy to assist. He had to stifle a giddy laugh first, though. They weren’t the best at staying in character, but he’d try. He bit Theo’s ear.

“Well, I suppose I could keep it between us. It’d be our little secret. But you have to give me something first.”

“Anything.”

Camden slipped each of Theo’s shirt buttons loose, revealing his torso. Then he unbuttoned Theo’s slacks and pulled them down. They pooled around his shoes, which Theo toed off in a hurry.

Camden reached behind Theo and tapped the base of the plug there. “I want you to fuck me with this thing in. But we need to be seriously fast.”

Theo’s gaze went unfocused and his mouth opened on a soundless moan. Camden could tell Theo was struggling to process the sensations in his body, so Camden decided to help the situation along. He shucked off his own pants and underwear and went to kneel on the chaise lounge.

“Wait,” Theo said.

Camden froze and glanced over his shoulder to see Theo pull a handful of stuff out of his suit pocket. Theo rushed over, opened a deck of cards, and scattered them over the cushions of the chaise.

“Oh my God, you planned the blackjack thing.” Camden started laughing and couldn’t stop. “I thought you were kidding.”

Theo shook his head. “I’m not a very jokey person. Too busy counting cards.”

A long beat stretched between them before they both fell into a fit of giggles. Theo urged Camden to kneel on top of the crisp, new playing cards and kissed him through the laughter.

Camden’s chuckling died when Theo had two fingers and a boatload of lube inside him, opening him as quickly as Camden’s body would allow. Which was … not quickly at all. He should have chosen a different sex act if speed was the goal, but the thought of Theo fucking him while on overload from the Rimmy was too delicious to pass up.
