I groan as I take her in. If I needed a release seconds ago, I’m about to come in my pants for the first time in my life.

Which sucks, because no . . . just no.

With her bottom lip secured between her teeth, she glances down to smooth that black dress over those hips.

She’s gone from wearing clothes that hang off her body, to this gem. Not that I don’t think she’s beautiful all the time, it’s just that my dick is enjoying the thought of stripping this particular piece off her curvy body.

Tyler laughs when he notices where my gaze has gone, before grinning at me like a kid in a damn candy shop.

I point at him. “Not a fucking word.”

“I prefer life,” he says, holding his hands up. “But I get it. She’s stunning.”

Eden squeals, pulling my glare from my brother, and races around Emerson to wrap her arms around Tyler. “What the hell are you doing here?” she says as she pulls back, leaving her hands on his shoulders.

He nods in my direction. “Will invited me.”

“He did?” Eden shoots me a glance, her eyes dancing over my face. Every time the colourful lights flash over her skin, she lights up like a goddamn sunshine kaleidoscope.

I shake my head and pull the hand towel from my shoulder to clean the mess I made while I was busy not paying attention.

“So, you do have a heart?” she says, before planting herself on the stool next to Tyler and resting her chin in her hand. “Sorry we’re late.” The grin on her face tells me she’s not sorry at all.

Is she trying to antagonise me?

“You will be,” I say while trying not to stare at her breasts popping out the top of her dress. “Just you wait.”

Her cheeks turn a pretty shade of pink, and she leans over the bar, revealing more of herself. “Are you going to punish me?” She grins like a twisted psycho from a horror movie.

All I can do is blink at her.

“You have no idea what you’re asking for, Pop-Tart.” Emerson smirks as he takes the stool next to her, Carter taking the one on the other side of him.

Eden pouts and crosses her arms over her chest. I can’t decide if I hate the black material hugging her body, or I love it.

I clear my throat and turn my attention to my best friend. “I thought I told you to be here at eleven,” I say, changing the subject because we aren’t discussing punishments in front of a bar full of people.

And . . . Eden and Emerson aren’t mine to do with as I please.

Eden lifts a shoulder, now inspecting her nails. “Blame Em. He tried to fight my boss.”

Emerson snorts. “No, I did not. But, if he touches you again, it’ll be more than his hands I threaten. He’s lucky I’m not the fighting type.”

“Wait. What happened?” Carter leans forward to glance around Emerson’s large body. “When did he try to fight your boss?”

Eden rolls her eyes and laughs. “Talk about whipped, Carter. You didn’t even notice what was going on because you couldn’t pry your eyes away from Stella. I could have been kidnapped and you would never have noticed.”

“I am not whipped, thank you very much.” Carter scrunches his nose up and crosses his arms. “Give me at least a day. Besides, you’re not my responsibility. You’re Will and Emerson’s.”

Jesus Christ.

If that grin gets any bigger, I’ll slice it from his pretty face.

“Here,” I say, shoving a beer in front of him. “This will shut you up for five minutes.”

I hand one to Eden as well, in return getting the full extent of her beautiful smile. “How’d you go tonight, Sunshine?”

Hands pressed to her chest, she sighs while wiggling around on the stool. “It. Was. Amazing,” she says, her eyes sparkling. “Apparently my sauces are to die for.”
