Pressing her mouth to his in a sweet kiss, she said against his lips, “I love you. I want this for you. I want this for us.”
“Yeah?”
“Someday,” she said. “We’ll want a home and I think this state would be a great place to settle down.”
His fingers slid into her hair as he rested his forehead against hers. “You’re my home.” He sighed happily. “But I suppose, we might like a house someday.”
“Is that a yes?” Kane asked, interrupting the moment.
Rafe and Nina both turned to look at him and said in unison, “Yes.”
