His lips brush against mine, a featherlight touch that sends a jolt of electricity through my body. I melt into the kiss, my hands coming up to rest on his chest.

“You’re a smooth operator, Cohen,” I murmur, my voice breathy and low. I gaze up at him through my lashes, a coy smile playing on my lips. “You trying to get me naked again?” I tease, my fingers tracing the buttons of his shirt.

“Is it working?” he murmurs, his voice a low rumble that makes my toes curl. I swallow hard, my mouth suddenly dry as I meet his gaze.

“Maybe,” I whisper, my voice barely audible over the roar of the jet engines. “But I’m not that easy to convince.” I bite my lower lip, a thrill of excitement running through me at the heat in his gaze.

Liam grins, his hand finding the small of my back as he guides me toward the steps leading up to the plane. “Challenge accepted,” he says, his touch burning through the thin fabric of my dress.

As we climb the stairs, I can feel the heat of Liam’s body behind me, his presence both comforting and unnerving. My heart races in my chest, my skin tingling with awareness as we step into the plush interior of the jet. The scent of leather and new upholstery fills my nostrils, a tangible reminder of the luxury surrounding us.

“Wow,” I breathe, taking in the leather seats, the polished wood. My eyes widen, my mouth falling open in awe. “This is . . . incredible.”

Liam shrugs, a boyish grin spreading across his face. “It’s not bad,” he says, his tone nonchalant as if it’s not a big deal. He’s such a humble man, I admire him for that.

As we settle into our seats, the flight attendant bustles around us with champagne and snacks. My stomach flutters, and I’m not sure if it’s because we’re about to show Liam’s grandparents we’re in love or the size of the plane.

It’s way too small. If the wind can move a big plane, I can’t imagine what it can do to this one. I grip the armrest, my knuckles turning white as I try to quell the rising panic in my chest.

“Nervous?” Liam reaches out, his hand covering mine, his thumb stroking my knuckles in a soothing gesture.

I wave my other hand, forcing a smile. “Nah.” I lift my flute and take a sip of champagne, thebubbles fizzing on my tongue as I try to shake off the thought. But my hand trembles slightly, betraying my unease.

The pilot’s voice crackles over the intercom, instructing us to buckle our seat belts for takeoff. I fumble with the clasp, my fingers clumsy and shaking. Liam reaches over, his hands steady as he helps me fasten the buckle. His touch lingers, his fingers brushing against my thigh, sending a shiver down my spine.

As the jet begins to move, the engines roaring to life, I can feel my heart pounding in my chest. I close my eyes, taking deep breaths to calm my racing nerves. Suddenly, I feel Liam’s hand on my cheek, his touch gentle and reassuring. I open my eyes to find him leaning in close, his lips just inches from mine.

“It’s okay,” he murmurs, his breath warm against my skin. “I’ve got you.” And then he’s kissing me, his lips soft and insistent against my own. I melt into the kiss, my hands coming up to tangle in his hair, pulling him closer.

As the jet ascends, the pressure changing in my ears, I lose myself in the sensation of Liam’s mouth on mine. The world falls away, the fear and anxiety fading into the background as I surrender to the heat of his touch.

When we finally pull apart, breathless andflushed, I can see the desire burning in Liam’s eyes. Trying to calm my beating heart, I finish my champagne. My tongue swipes the excess of liquids from my lips and that’s when I realize Liam’s eyes flashing with unmistakable lust.

He raises his hand to my face, gently swiping his thumb over my lower lip. “I want to eat you.” His voice is rough, lust-filled and charged with promise.

I’m speechless, but honestly, I want to say,No, this time fuck me. Actually, fuck me here. Now.

The intensity in Liam’s eyes is palpable, a raw and desperate desire that ignites a fierce longing within me. I feel the urgent need to fulfill it pulsating through my veins.

Without hesitation, he pulls me into an even more passionate kiss, his strong fingers grasping my hair and tugging at the strands. As our lips meet, an electric current surges between us, igniting a fire within me.

His kiss is all-consuming, as if I am his lifeline and he needs every ounce of my being to survive. I can’t help but moan into his mouth, completely lost in the intoxicating sensation of his touch.

“I can’t get enough of you,” he pants against my neck.

Part of me wants to give in fully to this insatiable need coursing through my veins. But another part holds back, my mindswirling with doubts. We’re in a plane, on our way to see his grandparents. There are people who’ll know and yet, this little piece of information makes me even wetter.

Liam must sense my hesitation. He pulls back slightly, eyes locked on mine with an intensity that makes me forget how to breathe. “What’s going on in that beautiful head of yours?” His thumb strokes my cheek with a tenderness that melts my walls.

I swallow hard, searching for the words. “There’s other people on the plane.”

He grins, as if that makes this even more daring—worth the challenge. He tucks a stray strand of hair behind my ear, his touch featherlight yet electrifying. “But this is what makes it fun, the thrill of knowing that if you’re not careful, someone might see you fucking,” he whispers.

His words increase the ache between my legs. Pulling him closer, I lose myself in his embrace, adrenaline pumping inside my veins. “Can you make it so no one will catch us?” I whisper shakily against his lips.

“Only if you’re quiet, baby.”

Liam captures my mouth in a searing kiss that leaves me breathless. His hands roam over my body, igniting a trail of flames across my skin. I let out a soft whimper as he nips at my neck, my fingers gripping his hair to keep him close.
