Chapter 16
Levi should have knowna simple bath to get warm would be nothing of the sort. They were both hard and eager before ever stepping into the oversize tub, and Levilovedwashing Knox’s glorious body. When he reached the big bear’s ass, he decided to try something new and slipped two soapy fingers inside to explore. Knox grunted in surprise and then encouraged him to continue.
“Feels good, mate. Keep going.”
Levi’s smaller hand and slim fingers made it difficult to find and reach Knox’s prostate. When he did, the man jerked and shouted, followed by a loud purr of pleasure. Levi continued fingering him, wishing he’d tried ass play earlier. While Knox continued to grunt and sway, he seemed to need something more.
Levi wrapped his other hand around the man’s twitching dick and began to rub—with predictable results. Knox’s breath hitched, and after only a half dozen strokes, he bellowed as the orgasm tore through him.. Keening and helpless under the assault, Levi milked his trembling lover until nothing remained.
Knox sagged back into the water, eyes closed but still purring. Levi lay back against him and waited a few moments before asking if he was all right. Knox grunted, wrapping strong arms around his mate.
“Incredible. I’ve never let anyone do that to me before. I can’t wait to feel your cock in there now.”
It surprised and concerned Levi hearing that Knox was a virgin of sorts.
“I’m sorry. I didn’t know and should have asked first.”
Knox smelled Levi’s worry, though he didn’t fully understand it.
“Why? I already said you could do whatever you wanted. That was the best orgasm I’ve ever had, and my mate gave it to me. Nothing to be sorry about.”
Relieved, it turned Levi’s crank to think of topping his lover—something his former partners never allowed.
“OK, then. That was super hot, you know! This is going to sound weird, but I’m curious what your bear thinks when you cum.”
Knox laughed softly, creating ripples in the bathwater.
“He’s pretty mellow right now, so it has an effect on him. He knows I like it and approves, but when bears have sex, it’s not for pleasure. They’redrivento do it to make babies, and I think it’s more a feeling of relief than anything else. Humans got a better deal.”
With Knox’s enormous load floating around, both men ended up showering to rinse it off. By the time they’d finished in the bathroom, it was time to get ready for the noon performance downtown. When they arrived for warmups, the freshly scooped lot was already filling with people. The show went well, even with a rowdier than usual crowd. After the finale, everyone hurried off to pack the local restaurants.
Before returning to the cabin, Knox drove Levi to the apartment to fetch the box of ornaments his mother had given him in November. The contents obviously meant a lot to his mate, and Knox was glad he wanted to mix them in with all the new things they’d purchased. Levi smiled all the way back, eager to get started on the decorating. While they ate, he regaled Knox with holiday stories from his youth, many of them laugh-out-loud funny. After lunch, the transformation of Knox’s cabin began in earnest.
To get the tree where it belonged, they rearranged the furniture. Levi directed while Knox moved the big pieces, opening up the corner between the picture window and fireplace. Next, they rummaged through the bags and boxes to find the tree stand, skirt, lights, and decorations. Then before they really got going, Levi tuned the radio to a Christmas classics station, filling the room with holiday spirit.
Knox carried in the beautiful pine and set it in the stand, holding it steady while Levi secured it and added some water. Since Knox didn’t know the first thing about placing the colored lights, Levi guided him through it.
“The important thing is to prevent them from getting all tangled up. That’s why we keep the cardboard pieces to use when putting them away. Now, we need to stagger the strings along the branches at each level, so it looks like they are evenly scattered. No big empty spaces or all bunched together.”
Starting at the top, they began the careful job of weaving the lights down and around. At the halfway point, Levi grabbed one of the extension cords and plugged them in, looking for problem areas to fix. From there, they finished the lights in short order and turned to the fun part of decorating.
Levi opened the box from home and took out some strange-looking do-dads and funky homemade ornaments—all bearing the marks of time and frequent handling. Knox pointed to a particularly homely configuration of popsicle sticks, glued together in the approximate shape of a star. It had been spray-painted gold and then covered with glitter, topped with a bright red loop of yarn. Levi reverently picked it up.
“This is the first ornament I made in kindergarten. When I brought it home, mom hung it at the very top of the tree. After each of us kids made one, she put them up every year.”
