When life is planned for you and you don’t feel you’ve got any options, what do you do? Plan a road trip and hope for the best. But even the best laid plans can go wrong, and when my friends cancel, a surprise acquaintance steps up.
There’s a bond between us, but he doesn’t know who my parents are or what they have planned for me. Will this patient and calm man help me find my way, or will I stay lost forever? He opens my eyes to new experiences and actually listens to me. Losing him would be a tragedy, and my heart is torn.
