Then the clerk said, “Do you, Carrie Maragani, take Benedetto Dawes to be your husband?”
Carrie inhaled and nodded. “I do.”
This is it.
He asked me, “Do you, Benedetto Dawes, take Carrie Maragani to be your wife?”
Forever.I swallowed that back and said, “I do.”
The clerk said, “Wedding rings are an unbroken circle of love, signifying to all the union of this couple in marriage. By the power vested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife.”
