Our eyes lock. It’s intimate, too intimate if it were someone else, but when it’s us… I love it. It’s what I need. I no longer fight an urge to look away. Magic sparks in me as he gives me every inch.

His hips go still as he presses his forehead to mine. Strong hands grab my thighs, opening me wider. Somehow, he sinks deeper.

I cry out.

“That’s it.” He pulls back and gives it to me again, thrusting harder. “Feel the energy. Feel the pleasure—and remember what it is. It’s magic.”

There’s friction between our bodies—energy—and he’s right. I can sense the magic, sparkling and pink, all around us.

The noises, the thrusts, it is all creation.

“Picture your bar.” His words are strained. “Imagine it exactly how you want it.”

There’s a live band. It’s full of people. Everyone holds sparkling drinks. They’re merry, and their laughter carries over the sound of the music. I’m happy, too.

Ozan is there. He’s smiling at me from across the room.

The sign hanging above the bar is different—the Moonlit Tavern. My eyes widen as the name comes to me.

“Moonlit Tavern!”

“That’s right.” He fucks into me with a hard thrust, as if he’s making a point. “That’s such a—”thrust—“pretty name.”

“Feel it. Our pleasure. Our desire,” he says. “We’ll send it to that vision. Together.”

“Yes!” I cry.

His fingers press against my clit. He’s filling me with pleasure and magic, and I’m falling over the edge—but I don’t fall, do I? We fly together. Magic bursts between us.

“What is your intention?” He barely gets the words out.

“Success.”

“And passion.”

That’s what we create together…

And for once, we’re making it for me. For once, something in my life isall for me.

Chapter 27

Ozan

It’sa shock to wake up and find Juniper still in my bed. We’ve shared countless nights, and she’s always gone in the morning. Even when we’re at her house, she creeps downstairs before sunrise. I usually find her making breakfast by the time I rouse.

I don’t need to reach out to know she’s there. Her ample body presses against mine, and she wiggles closer to me. I put my arm around her, pushing my hand into her soft belly.

Of course, Juniper is already awake. That makes me feel even better about her presence. It’s not that she accidentally slept in. It’s that she wants to be here. The screen is dim, but she’s definitely swiping on her phone.

“Good morning, beautiful.” I press a kiss on her shoulder.

She’s wearing one of my shirts. It’s the sexiest thing I can think of, but I try not to get too excited.

“Morning.” She turns her head to look at me, and a smile dances on her lips. “Breakfast?”

“Those might be the best words I’ve heard all day.”

“You just woke up.”
