“Oh, you aren’t ready for me. Well, that I can understand. Just let me be clear on something, there is no rush. I’m here to get to know you and spend time. Wherever we grow from here is only my honor,” he expressed.
“You are not real,” I whispered.
My eyes closed and his touch brought me comfort. I exhaled softly and felt my body willing to meet his. I rested my head on his chest and he allowed it. His body oil filled my nose and its subtlety heightened my senses and turned me on. It carried its own unyielding confidence. What is going on with me?
“Baby, I’m so real that my heartbeat just made you cum,” he murmured in my ear.
He licked the brim then slid his hand to my ass, grabbing a good handful. He pulled me closer to him then locked eyes with mine. My soft pants ascended as each second passed. He was surely right. I was a lake between my legs and each time I switched my footing it was like a wave splashing onto my thighs’ shore. I was tantalized.
“Armond, what are you doing to me?”
“We’re going with the flow, baby, that’s it. Tell me what you want and it’ll be.”
“No questions?”
“None.”
“I want you to leave.”
“...what?”
“You said no questions. Leave.”
He cleared his throat and searched my face for any sign of a joke. I kept my face stoic. I wasn’t going to budge. I needed to see his reaction, what he would do.
He stood up straight, broadening his shoulders, looking past me. The hurt was clear on his face to me, but to anyone else he would simply look unbothered.
I grabbed his hand before he could turn away completely then put it on my lips. I entwined our fingers then looked up at him. His willingness to do as I asked spoke volumes and furthered my love for him. There was no way I wanted him to depart from me.
Once he saw the sincerity in my eyes he leaned down and kissed me. He lifted me with one arm cuffed under my butt cheeks then walked over to my purse and cell and grabbed them with his free hand, proceeding to leave the house.
“Where are we going, Armond?” I giggled. My arms were tight around his shoulders while my head rested on his.
“We have a reservation and if we keep fooling around, we’ll miss it.”
“You could’ve said something when you arrived.”
“Naw.”
Once he placed me in the back seat, he rounded the truck and got in beside me. He instructed Serg to go and we took off into the night. I tucked myself into him then crossed my leg over him. It was my favorite position. He placed his right hand on my butt and pulled me even closer. I snuggled into the crook of his neck and kissed it before settling on his shoulder.
“Next time, I won’t give you the chance to pull me back. You’re going to follow through on your requests,” he said after a couple of minutes.
“I know,” I replied softly.
“As long as you do.”
“It won’t happen again.”
“I’m sure it won’t.”
“Cocky much?”
“Confident in our connection,” he corrected.
I smirked then looked out of the window. I loved how secure he was about us. You’d think we met at another point in our lives. This gravitational pull made me believe we were married in every other universe as well. He was meant to be my soulmate. I just had to get out of my head so I could accept what we were building. No matter how quickly we were building it.
We pulled up to one of the tallest buildings in the city, The Reunion Tower, which looked over the surrounding towns easily. I was excited to see if we were going inside. The building offered three levels with restaurants, an exhibit that featured art and fun facts about the city, and an outdoor 360-degree walkway to get every view of the city.
