Sienna and the guy she was with hadn’t noticed me as they got out of the car and headed toward the hotel entrance.

“Sienna,” I said, calling out to her purposely louder than necessary.

Sienna checked over her shoulder and she smiled as she turned toward me, which was quickly replaced by a worried expression. She said something I couldn’t hear to the guy. His assessing eyes swept over me and apparently, he wasn’t impressed if his calculated smirk was any indication. He leaned into Sienna and kissed her, when she moved away from him, he grabbed her arms to keep her in place. Rolling my eyes, I stood my ground and a satisfied rush hit me when Sienna pulledherself away from him, shaking her head as if to discard the so-called moment they’d just shared. She called over her shoulder and he reluctantly headed into the hotel.

“Is there something you need to tell me, Sienna?” I asked as soon as she was close enough.

“I didn’t invite him. He just showed up a couple days ago,” Sienna huffed, as she nervously toyed with the strap of her purse.

“Who is he?”

“Oh, sorry,” Sienna shuffled nervously, “that’s Philip. I’ve known him since we were kids.”

“Known him how?” I asked, tempted to grab her so she’d stop fidgeting. She was having problems meeting my eyes.

“Yakow, the usual, families go way back,” Sienna tiled her head, rolling her eyes.

“So, you dated?” Calling out the elephant in the parking lot.

“Yeah, but it ended forever ago and I was never serious about him,” Sienna bit her lip.

“Alright, then get on my bike and let’s get out of here,” I said, and started moving.

“Wait, what?” Sienna said as she trailed behind me.

Pivoting, I gently grabbed her, kissing her like the world was ending. Partly for me, but partly to wipe any trace of that dickhead off her lips.

“We need to make plans,” I said. “Didn’t you say something about a prenup?”

“It’s in my trunk. My lawyer overnighted the documents to me. I was kind of floating after the party and decided it couldn’t hurt to get those done just in case, but I got sidetracked when Phillip showed up. I guess my aunt found out where I was. Seriously though, Noah, is this what you want? I mean really want?” Sienna’s expression softened something inside me.

“Yes, I want to do this with you. Let’s hurry before the asshat comes back. I’d hate to have to rearrange his face,” I said and smacked her ass.

“Whoa, there tiger,” Sienna laughed as she jogged over to her car.

The rush of happiness coursing through my body felt right, the smile on my face genuine, and the decision felt like the right one. Did I love her? It didn’t make sense considering we barely fucking knew each other, but I was pretty sure I did. One thing was certain, that bastard would not be claiming my girl. Sienna and I had a lot of days to figure it out, together. Our first stop was the Courthouse.

“It's for charity, Bubba! You never say no to B.A.C.A. and you never say no to me! Come on, indulge me. I'll make it worth your while...I promise.” I purred seductively on his lap.

There was no way he was going to do this willingly. I have to offer him an incentive, hence wearing my favorite red lingerie set and serving milk and cookies to my sinfully bearded Santa.

His hand traces my leg up to the lace embellishing the split on the babydoll gown with matching lace thong. My entire body is covered in goosebumps but it's also on fire!
