"How long?" She asks me.
"Have I known?"
She nods her head, rubbing her face on my chest.
"Since the first time, I saw you. You were wearing a deep plum string bikini."
She laughs, "And you weren't wearing a shirt with cut-off jeans and flip-flops."
I squeeze her tight, and my cock grows. I release her and say, "Larry's my manager. He's waiting to meet you."
She nods, "Okay."
Then her phone rings. "It's Jenny." She looks around for somewhere to answer the call, and I walk over to Larry.
He nods toward her. "It's about time, bro."
"I know."
Breezy says behind me, "Hey, girlie! How's the bride-to-be holding up today?"
"She flew in to coordinate Brandon's and Jenny's wedding."
"Awesome."
We hear Jenny answer, "On pins and needles. Give me an update. Any surprises when you arrived?"
"But she doesn't want them to know about us before the wedding. She doesn't want to steal any thunder from their wedding day."
"Oh, girl shit."
I nod and look at her. She's staring at me. "So I promised to keep us a secret until after the wedding."
Summer
I look up at Blaze and Larry looking at me and freeze. Everyone in town has seen that picture and will know me on sight as Blaze's girl.
"You looked like you've seen a ghost." Jenny smiles, and it's disarming.
I clear my throat as a little voice chirps in my ear.She knows the ranch belongs to Blaze. And she knows he's here.
My voice croaks, "What did you say?"
"You look like you've seen a ghost. Are you okay?" Now, she's frowning, concerned.
"I'm fine. I was looking out the window and saw a kid run out into the street, but his mama caught him." I lie and look up at Blaze and Larry. They look at each other confused. Why did I have to add that over-the-top scene?
"Oh," she says, sounding suspicious. "Summer?" She studies my face. "Any surprises when you arrived?"
"No. No surprises." I lie again, but this time I wisely don't embellish.
But her frown deepens anyway, and her fingers find her teeth. "Are you sure?"
The little voice chirps in my ear again. She knows the ranch belongs to Blaze. And she knows he's here. If you don't acknowledge him, she'll be even more suspicious.
But then another voice says,Nonsense. She's calling for an update. Nothing more. Nothing less. Blaze is her third favorite person in the world. If she knew the ranch was his and that he was here, she would have asked how he was doing.
I decide to ignore my guilty conscience and believe the voice of reason.
