“Draining?” I mused and Liv giggled at each of us, prompting Bryn’s head to turn her way and smile wolfishly.

“I was going to say noisy,” she said diplomatically and Leo snorted into his drink.

“Do you guys all live together?” Kat’s eyes lingered on Leo sitting next to her and I caught Liv’s eye as we both smirked.

“No,” Leo said and Kat blinked at his curt tone.

“I live with Aaron,” Ryan said, clearly attempting to rescue his friend. “And Bryn’s a recent transfer so she’s renting a place up by the mall.”

“What do you study?” I asked Bryn and she smiled, pulling her eyes away from Liv with difficulty.

“Law, Leo’s on the same course but I’ve already completed some of the units at my old college.”

“Why did you move?” Kat asked and I frowned at her, sometimes her quest for gossip could be a little rude. She was like a dog with a bone.

Bryn caught my frown and waved it off, “I was in California before and I wanted to be closer to Kit. So I transferred.”

Kat looked disappointed that the answer wasn’t juicier and Liv looked like she was trying not to laugh. I couldn’t focus on any of that though, not when Ry’s warm palm landed on my thigh just shy of the hem of my mini skirt. My mouth went dry and I glanced up at him quickly to see him absolutelyabsorbedin a conversation with Kit across the booth, meanwhile his fingers stroked higher. I felt flushed, my breath caught in my chest for a second and I coughed when Liv asked if I was okay.

“Yeah, sorry I’m fine,” I muttered and saw a little smirk on Ry’s face as he nodded at something Kit was saying. Kat seemed to be trying to get Leo to open up and it was like pulling teeth. I caught Bryn’s eye and she winked at me, eyes dropping to my lap, before sliding her gaze back to Liv and then raising an eyebrow at me. I knew what she wanted and I gave a soft, exasperated laugh.

“Xander, would you mind grabbing me a drink?” I coughed again for emphasis and then smiled sweetly as he stood and moved to the bar. “Kit. Go with him.”

Kit glanced between me and his sister before ruffling her hair and murmuring a quiet, “Behave,” that Bryn promptly ignored, reaching for Liv’s hand and sliding her along the bench of the booth as soon as the space was clear.

“Hello,” she purred and Liv blushed, shooting me a look to say she wasn’t sure what to do with this overtly sexual creature before her as Bryn pressed a kiss to her hand. I shrugged lightly and then bit back a gasp as Ry’s hand flirted with the edge of my panties.

He leaned closer as if telling me a secret, “I knew you’d be soaked for me.”

Xander and Kit came back from the bar and I thanked them for the drink, promptly gulping it down and then wincing. “Is this vodka?”

Kat shuddered, “Don’t speak its name. Fucking devil juice.”

Xander was glancing between Liv and Bryn with a frown on his face but Kit took it in stride, settling down opposite me and waggling his eyebrows at my flushed face until I kicked his shin beneath the table.

He cursed just as Ryan’s fingers pushed aside the material of my panties and slicked one finger up my center, making me gasp. I clenched my hand into his shirt sleeve and he looked at me innocently. I ignored him and turned to Kit as if the gasp had been on his behalf.

“Sorry blue, didn’t mean to hit you so hard.”

Kit gave me a saucy grin, “I think we both know exactly who’s har–”

I kicked him again and Liv glanced between the two of us suspiciously as I gave her a bright smile and decided to turn the tables on him. “How do you know Nick, blue?”

Leo choked on the sip of his drink and I scrunched up my nose when Kit gave a laugh so quiet I wasn’t sure anyone else had heard, his eyes were dark as they watched Leo and something tickled the back of my brain as I watched them.

“Ahhh,” I said as it finally clicked. “You and Nick, huh?”

Kit grinned as Leo went a little pink, still choking, and Kat thumped him on the back twice. “Just a couple of hookups. He’s a great guy.”

“That he is,” I murmured as Leo finally settled down and that same small smile stayed on Kit’s face.

“Where is Nick, anyway?” Kat asked, the gossip-hound in her standing to attention and I blinked several times to focus as I answered.

“I think he said he was on a date,” I said faintly and was instantly grateful when the conversation moved on because Ryan’s fingers had pressed firmly against my clit and my eyes fluttered shut. My nipples tightened and I let out a ragged breath, shooting him a murderous look that only had him licking his lips as he dragged two fingers down and looked more than smug at the sudden rush of wetness he found. He slid one finger deep and I held still, knowing if I moved even a fraction I would ride his hand right here and not give a shit who saw. He slid out, the small tug shattering any remaining self-control I might have had.

I leaned over like I was going to say something to him, pressing my head close to his ear and biting the lobe before tauntingly licking it and standing up. The chatter flowed around us but Liv looked at me questioningly as I stood and I gave her a reassuring nod.

“I’m going to head out,” I said, “performing always makes me tired.” I threw Ryan a mocking glance and tried to hide my desire from my face as I saw my wetness glistening on his fingers. “See you guys later.”
