“It is nice, isn’t it?” Dalton hums. “I love that we had a hand in the rebuilding of everything. I love this town.”

“So do I. Bree called it a home away from home, which I get since they’re here for at least three months out of the year, but it feels like that for me, too. It makes me think of home.”

He nods. “I remember that it’s between LA and San Diego, but what was the name of the town you grew up in?”

“Wilde. I haven’t been getting back as often as I should lately. Maybe I can take a trip there with the pack after I have the baby.”

Dalton smiles, although it’s a little sad. “I’m sure they’d love that. Have you thought of any names for the baby yet?”

I wrinkle my nose. “I have a list of, like, a million, but I want the pack to be part of naming him.”

“That’s sweet.”

I frown when I realize we’ve stopped moving, and glance around to see why.

“What’s—”

Dalton leans down, kissing me sweetly before pulling back. He nods above us, and I look up to see mistletoe hanging there.

“Christmas was weeks ago, and then there was the earthquake. Surely that didn’t survive the quake.”

He shrugs. “I don’t know, but I knew I wasn’t passing up the chance to kiss you.”

I grin, waggling my eyebrows at him. “You know, we could head back to the compound and do a little more than kissing.”

Dalton shakes his head as he chuckles, pulling me forward to continue walking. “As tempting as that is. I want the next time we’re together to be after you’ve chosen me to be yours.”

Warmth rushes through me at the idea of making him mine, but my spirits plummet quickly as I recall there are five suitors who still want me to make them mine.

Ugh.

I really don’t know what I’m going to do—how I’m going to choose.

“Fuck,” Dylan curses as he pushes into me again.

Camden is leaning against the wall of the pool, holding me up while I lean against his chest.

This wasn’t what I had in mind when I suggested a late-night swim after we made it back from our date, but I can’t say I mind all that much.

“You’re close, aren’t you?” Dylan asks with a smirk. “It feels like your pussy is trying to swallow me whole.”

I throw my head back with another moan because he’s right—I am close. So close that all it takes is Camden’s finger bumping against my pebbled nipple to send me spiraling.

I scream loud enough that there won’t be any question about what we’re getting up to right now. I haven’t exactly been keeping it down before now, but it’s especially true right now.

“You’re so beautiful when you come, Emilia.” Dylan slows his pace but continues to move in and out of me.

“Thank you,” I murmur. “But if you don’t start fucking me hard and fast, I’m going to let Camden take over.”

Dylan howls with laughter, but takes my threat seriously as he picks up his pace. Since we’re in the pool, it makes it harder to get the same speed as we can outside of the pool, but I expect him to at least try.

So when he pushes me off the cliff again, I’m not surprised.

Do you know what surprises me? When his knot slips inside me as he ruts into me, and I’m not even a little mad. I just wish we’d talked about it first.

Then he’s coming, his cock jerking inside of me—filling me with cum. I fall right over the edge again before collapsing back against Camden. Dylan pulls me out of Camden’s arms and carries me out of the pool.

“Come on, Camden,” he calls as he settles us onto a lounge chair. Because he’s so much taller than me, my head doesn’t even reach his shoulder as I cuddle against him.
