She’ll go home and I’ll go back to being the asshole everyone knows and loves.

This weekend with Kayla will be a distant memory, a blip on the radar, a notch in the belt.

I frown as the elevator doors open to my suite, but I keep kissing her so she won’t see the pain in my expression.

She’s not just a notch in the belt.

But I refuse to fall for this chick.

I push her backwards toward the suite and only release her mouth once the door is closed and the elevator has started its descent back down to the lobby. I slide my hands up to cup her cheeks, then run my thumb over her lips. “You’re hot as fuck as Kincaid Summers.” I twist a strand of fake blonde hair in my fingers. “But I’d like to spend tonight with Kayla.”

She grins. “Sanders.”

I nod, because Iknow. Her name’s been repeating itself in the background of my brain since she said it to Red ten minutes ago. Dropping my hands to her waist, I grab the ends of the belt. “Think I can find her in here?”

“You can try.” Kayla reaches up into her hair and starts pulling more of those little black bobby pins from her head. She must have a sponsorship from the bobby pin company, yeah?

I slowly untie the belt of the long coat she wears, holding my breath in hopes that there’s nothing but that sexy as hell lace thong and bra combo beneath. I might cry if she put clothes on.

The coat falls open, revealing something better than black lace.

Nothing.

I smile, shaking my head. This girl is too hot for words.

She reaches into the pocket of her coat and retrieves a piece of black lace that dangles from one finger. “Looking for these?”

I close my eyes on a long blink, then open them and meet her gaze. “I was going to tear those off with my teeth, you know.”

She swallows hard, and the ball’s back in my court.

“Put them on.”
