“I really think he’ll get there,” I reply. “He wants this too. He wants a family. He’s just a slow mover.”

“Well, help him along.”

I puff out my chest, meeting him stare for stare. “Alright, Mr. Bossy. Let’s make it interesting. I handle the Mars situation, and you confess your undying love to Jake. First one to hear them say, ‘I love you too’ wins.”

He raises a dark brow at me and smirks. “You think it’ll be so easy to reel Mars in?”

I smile back, patting his cheek like the competitive little shit I am. “Oh, sweet Cay. I’m afraid you’re just a house cat. And this is a lion fight.”

He huffs a laugh. “What are you gonna do, Hurricane?”

I tip up on my toes and kiss him. “What do hurricanes do best?”

He groans, his hands trailing down to cup my ass. “They spin shit up.”

I smile against his mouth. “Damn right. Now, you’re gonna press me up against the wall and pretend like you’re fucking me—”

“Pretend?” he growls, both brows shooting up in indignation.

“Trust me, baby. You don’t want to be in me for what comes next. I can’t guarantee your safety.”

His smile falls. “Oh, what the fuck are you gonna do?”

I shrug with a smile. “I’ve just been practicing something, and I want to see if it works.”

“Practicing? What the—”

“Mars!” I call out, my voice echoing around the bathroom. “Ilmariiii!”

Caleb grunts, glancing over his shoulder. “What is this, the call of the kraken?”

“Get on your knees, Cay. Tease my pussy.”

“You’re fucking psycho,” he mutters, dropping down to his good knee.

I drag my fingers through his wet hair, lifting a leg over his shoulder. Tipping my head back, I let out a little moan as Caleb wastes no time tonguing my clit. God, all my boys are great with their tongues.

“Rakas?” comes Ilmari’s deep voice from the bedroom. “Are you in here?”

Taking a deep breath, I say the little phrase I’ve been practicing. “Kulta,” I call in my best siren’s voice. “Tule tänne.”

He barges into the bathroom and I let out a little moan of excitement. I know the moment he sees Cay through the steam because I can hear his feral growl over the sound of the dual shower heads.

“Kulta,” I say again. “Mä haluun sut. Tule tänne.”

The door to the shower flings open as Mars comes barging in fully dressed in jeans and a t-shirt. He lunges for Caleb, pulling him off by the shoulder, leaving me scrambling to right myself, both hands pressed against the tiled wall.

He flings Caleb away, his back slamming the glass of the shower with a muttered curse. Then Mars is boxing me in, his noses inches from mine, water raining down his face, soaking his shirt. “What did you just say?”

I smile up at him, tugging on the hem of his wet shirt. “You heard me,” I tease.

He jerks his shirt off, letting it drop to the shower floor. “Say it again.”

“Mä haluun sut,” I murmur, my hand stroking down the middle of his bare chest. “I want you, Ilmari.”

“No, the other thing,” he growls.

“Kulta,” I repeat with a smile, my hands lifting to tangle in his golden hair. “Kultaseni—”
