My core throbbed in a wave of heat as he pushed further, deeper, creating a slow thrust as he moved back and forth. My body trembled as I gasped at the pleasure he was giving me. His hand quickened—the fierceness of his thrust growing as he continued—his thumb tracing my center. My body began to sweat as he gently bit my breast, releasing a faint growl. I struggled to fight back my excitement, my teeth burrowing into my lip. I wanted more. I want to feel him, deep inside me.

As if sensing my desires, Chesmu slowly pulled his fingers from inside me, my wetness soaking his hand. My body slumped at the brief moment of release he granted me. My eyes shot to his pants, seeing the bulge beneath.

“Not yet,” he teased. Chesmu pushed my legs further apart, getting on his knees. Seeing him there, his beautiful face between my legs, admiring my body, sent a new wave of warmth through my core. “Hold on,” he breathed against my thigh. His hands held my legs apart as his warm lips ran along my inner thigh, kissing me, running his tongue along my skin.

My hands gripped the edge of the dresser as his tongue swirled around, lightly rubbing my center. My hands began to glow faintly as he continued, his tongue entering me. Seeing my magik glow, he continued, quickening the vibration of his tongue inside me, pushing deeper. His arm reached up my body, caressing my breast as the other held me firmly in place.

“I want you.” The words whispered into the air between moans as he continued to taste me. “Please,” I begged him.

Slowly, he removed his tongue from inside me, wiping my wetness from his face as rose to his feet. A flicker of orange light distorted his face. I blinked, revealing Jakkal standing before me in Chesmu’s place.

“Is this really what you want, Casper?” He slowly ran his arm up my leg. His hand began to glow vermillion, my neck tightening as he moved closer, leaning over me. I was pinned in my position by his magik, completely exposed and unable to move. Countless emotions twisted inside as his other hand lifted my chin. “Or would you prefer something darker?” He moved my head, tilting it as I remained frozen as he whispered into my ear. “We both know you want what only I can give you.” I tried to fight him back but was too weak to move.

Jakkal ran his mask along my neck, lifting it slightly as his lips kissed my neck. “Stop,” I pleaded quietly, his magik silencing my voice. I wanted him to stop, but something buried far inside my soul reached for him. “What is this?”

“This,” he continued along my skin, making his way to my new brand, “is your darkest desire.” He pushed his lips roughly into my wound, kissing it with intensity. Such immense pain and pleasure as his hands dug deep into my hips.

“I don’t want you,” I cried out fighting the urges, “I don’t want this.”

Jakkal lowered his mask and lifted his face back to mine. “Then tell me,” he leaned closer, “why am I here?”

A tear fell from my face as he waited for me to answer.

I don’t want this.

Yes, you do.His voice replied in my mind.

Fear, anger, and excitement all churned in my stomach. My breathing began to escape me as I started hyperventilating. The room flickered as he stared at me pinned helplessly beneath his power.

Release me.

The window burst open, the room igniting in a warm glow. Jakkal remained unfazed by everything around us, focused solely on me. My head began to spin as emotions bubbled inside.

Release me!

Jakkal leaned in close, his magik around my throat tightening as I gasped for air. “Make me.”

The world burst as I released a shockwave of violet magik, pushing him from my body, screaming as his power vanished. Everything fell black—only a faint ringing remained as it echoed in my ears. The room slowly faded back into focus as things returned to normal. No warm glow, no magik, no Jakkal. I frantically looked around the room but he was gone.

“Casper?” Chesmu’s calm voice pulled me from the insanity as I began to feel grounded, seeing his face. He was leaning over me standing in between my legs, one hand holding my face as the other wrapped around my waist. “Do you want me to stop?”

I blinked trying to understand what had just transpired. Chesmu remained still, patiently waiting for me to answer him. My head throbbed with a ringing headache. I felt the lingering effects of Jakkal’s powder sticking to my brain. As much as I wanted to continue, I knew I couldn’t. Not like this.

Sensing my decision, Chesmu kissed my forehead gently. “No rush. Let’s get you to bed. You’ve been through a lot.” He picked me up, cradling me with a smile as he carried me back to the bed. My head tucked into his chest, disappointed in myself. I wanted Chesmu, but Jakkal had ruined the moment, corrupting my mind. “Don’t worry,” he gently laid me atop the bed as I curled into the sheets, “I’m not giving up on this.” He winked before kissing me once more. “Get some rest.” Chesmu’s hand held mine a moment then turned to leave the room. He flashed me a smile before stepping into the hall.

As his presence faded away, the throbbing in my head increased as the ringing returned. I curled my knees into my chest, grabbing my head as I groaned in pain. “What is wrong with me?” I asked myself as I tossed and turned. I repeated these motions for what felt like hours before fading into darkness.

Time to play, little ghost.

Jakkal’s voice became distorted in my mind as I rolled in the bed, naked beneath the sheets, struggling to grasp onto a small piece of reality. My head throbbed with a pulsating intensity as his voice grew louder. The room began to spin, tossing me from the bed. I struggled to balance myself as I stumbled to the sink, groaning in pain, as the room moved back and forth.

What’s wrong with me? What’s happening?

As I turned the sink on, I strained to force my head level to my reflection. The sound of the running water made my ears sting. My heavy eyes lifted to gaze upon my reflection when I spotted him.

Jakkal’s hands wrapped around my body, pushing me hard against the sink. He held a large knife to my throat, the other wrapped tightly around my waist. The cold porcelain caused my naked body to prickle as he pushed himself against me. I felt too weak to fight him.

“Look,” he forced my head to face the mirror, “gaze upon death’s beautiful face.” My eyes stared into themselves as his mask remained pressed against the side of my face. The purple of my irises glowed, shifting colors and shining brightly the longer I stared. “Yes,” he breathed against the nape of my neck, rubbing his mask into my hair, “embrace your true self and unleash the darkness you bury inside.”
